Tracy has what lawyers need most - sharp legal skills and thoroughness. But she also has great empathy for clients, and cares about them as people. She''s available - when you need her, you can reach her. I'm an immigration lawyer, but when I need nitty-gritty business work done, I call Tracy. (I've seen examples of her firm's work product - it's excellent.)

Her staff is also - like her - very pleasant to deal with and very competent. Competency is not something you should ever take for granted in a lawyer, especially a New York lawyer. The Jong people are a pleasure to deal with. Sometimes I'll call over there just to chat for a few minutes. I'd like to get an office closer to them, but it's clear across town.
