I gave an interview , there was no reply . I tried to contact them but no use .

I had appeared a exam there for the post of Java developer. Even yet I didn't get the results. I feel they are conducting exam for just name

Very bad behaviour of hr department they don't even respond to neither to your calls nor to emails just waste of time. I suggest not to waste your time and give interview to companies like these.

-1 star I meant. This company gave me a bunch of assignments for the interview, which I need to finish in a little time . Soundarya named girl keep communicating with me till I finish the task. Then for 11 days she was not responding for the call and 12th day I got an email that am not selected without even making me to explain the project I did.

its basically a branch of tracxn for taking initial test for fresher's.

Very poor recruitment process. They are not even a bit responsible to send a reply after sending multiple follow up mails. They simply can ignore the mails. So unprofessional. I was not dying to join Tracxn but yes I surely expected a reply. HR - Babi Vathy

They are not hiring, please don't waste your time and keep hopes on their jobs.

Highly Unprofessional organization doing just timepass with candidates.

My experience:
Igot a call from Tracxn for a role of AVP -Business Development. They initially gave one assignment i.e. case study to solve followed by two rounds of technical interviews for around 1 hour each. After each round they gave confirmation as the interview turned positive. Post two rounds they called for last round saying final round and it will be for personal details.
To my surprise, it was one more round of interview asking for profile and job details and also lasted for an hour.

After getting all these , they didn't inform anything and when I asked I got a one line email saying we cant proceed and shall contact for new opportunities.

Are they so incompetent that even after case study and two rounds cant decide what they need and called for third round?
Or they just need to do timepass or they are taking experience from candidates?

Only Tracxn knows!

Above this, they really have one of the worst workplace with no food or parking facility..

Will not recommend to anyone.

I went there for interview .it was two rounds.First round you should answer for multiple choice question purely from java codes and second round was program writing .And it is veru tough also .prepare well with whatever language you know and go you may crack ..I.don't know about the company and all

Should have some manners, be professional in first place.

well i also got call for AVP position and they gave me a huge case study to solve...nope not going down that road...

Nice location .Easy to find and buses easily available

Didn't get a call from HR.. waiting for my opportunity

I have applied in this company couple of times and understood there is no policies & procedures at all in this company. If an employee is upset at the initial stage of selection itself imagine what will be his/her state of mind.
