Utter waste of time!!! They send a mail asking to...

Utter waste of time!!! They send a mail asking to be available at the venue at 10am sharp. Once you reach the venue even before 9:30, you will find a big queue of nearly 60-70 people already waiting at the security desk for registration. Post 10 you will be asked to leave for the day reason being "company is short of question papers". A company of nearly 750+ employees is short of question papers in their hiring process certainly shows their attitude toward recruitment. No respect of candidates, no respect of time.

I don't know much about this company but i went their for job drive and at last i got the offer as well as an Automation Engineer but i joined some other company.
In front if this there is a juice shop where me and my friends used to visit always.
At this branch of Tracxn, the main door is not in the front , you can go from left side. It has multiple (4 ) branches in bangalore, they told me about this in interview. One is at 5th floor, vishal mega mart , near roopena agrahara bus stop.

The employees were nice but it seems everyone used to sit under one roof . There is multiple floors at this location.
That's it, i don't know much.

Worst experience ever, I have given 3 rounds on 3 ...

Worst experience ever, I have given 3 rounds on 3 different days and on final day, HR person came n told that you are rejected but he was not having answer for my rejection.

At least let us know reason of rejection or else don't take 3 - 4 rounds n waste our time n money.

I personally recommend not to attend interview here.

Growth is very slow, Appraisal is very very low.
By the time you are leaving take care of your earn leave balance as they are playing politics on Earn leave. By paying only on Basic pay and also decreasing EL count.
when they issued Appraisal, The amount we are getting in hand + employee Contribution(pf+esi+proff tax) + employer Contribution(pf+esi+pension) sum is varying with Appraisal pay. The company is playing CHEAP POLITICS on this for minor amount.
Leave policy is good, whenever we want we can take leave by prior intimation of 7 days.
workload is balance
fixed timings.
Internet is very slow.
Second hand computers. Monitor screen size is very less, my eyes got strained much.
Keyboard and mouse issue occur regularly, care team will not respond on this issue.
daily target is there in the name of MIS.

I mean , what is wrong with this company. How can any company be so reluctant , I have big doubts , whether they actually exists or is it all a fake believe process... don't waste time attending their interview...

I had applied for the role of AVP - Business Devel...

I had applied for the role of AVP - Business Development (EMEA) and here is my experience. The whole process took exactly 1 and a half months & 5 rounds of interviews and then they stopped responding.

A lady from their HR team responded to my online application via phone and later sent me an email.

The first round was a case study where they give you a scenario and you have to solve give in your thoughts and solve it. It is an interesting step and I completed it the same day and emailed my presentation.

The second round was a telephonic interview with senior staff from the BD team and it was scheduled after 15 days. Upon asking why would it take so many days, I was told the concerned person is not available anytime before that. It was strange but I was okay.
The call happened and it was a typical "take me through your profile" and later some questions on how I would manage objections. The whole session lasted about 20 mins.

The third round was also a telephonic interview with another AVP and this was to determine my logical thinking abilities. Similar to the first round, they give you a live scenario and you have to crack it while on the call. You are judged on the thought process, how much logic you apply to a scenario, situational intelligence, etc. This call lasted for about 30 mins.

The fourth round was also a telephonic interview with one of the presidents of the company. This is what I was told to be the final round and if this round is cleared then they will call for a face to face to discuss salary aspects. The call was to discuss work experience, understand the candidate's seriousness, commitment and understand the stability factor.

After the four rounds, I was called and informed that I have completed the interview process successfully and I was asked to send my previous company's offer letter and last 3 months' payslips.

At this point, any candidate will have high hopes of receiving a call to discuss salary, role, work timing, joining date, etc.. I did get a call but it was not to discuss the above. The gentleman who called me was from the HR team and mentioned that one of the presidents of the company wants to meet face to face, it was not an interview but a formal meeting.

I reached their office in Bangalore and I was greeted by the concerned person and later, the person who took the fourth interview round joined us. This session was a complete recap of my work experience, skills, etc and at no point, I felt it was a formal meeting as mentioned and it was a full-fledged interview round.

After this meeting which lasted a little less than an hour, I was told that someone from the HR team will contact me and advise on the further steps.

There have been no calls or emails after that day.

The idea behind writing this review is to let the future aspirants know how things go around there and hopefully, the company does something to change the process a bit which will help to save a candidate's time and efforts. I had read a lot of negative reviews beforehand but wanted to try this myself to know if things are true. Unfortunately, most of those things mentioned in Google Reviews are true and it is disappointing.

If someone from the company is reading this, please change your order of interview rounds. No company is so incompetent that they need 5 interview rounds and 6 weeks to know if the candidate is the right fit or not. Just like how a candidate respects your interview process it is a good practice from your end to respect a candidate's time and efforts. Instead of making someone go through the whole process and then identifying their worth, start with a face to face meeting to identify a potential candidate first and then go on with the regular rounds.

Naukri will show this company have vacancy for decades for a certain roles . But when you apply, they do interview for time pass. Poor working atmosphere, very poor interview process. You will feel awkward to work there on the moment you entered their office.

The hiring process is horrible. Even experienced professionals are made to write a stupid test which has no relation to the job whatsoever.

Once in the job it's data entry. Repetitive and no learning. Run by a bunch of wantrepreneurs and noobs.

All the 5 star reviews are forced by the company on the employees. I'd suggest to stay clear of such companies both freshers and professionals.

Very worst I got short listed and first they asked me complete case study and send it back after that they scheduled a interview call with VP and then they didn't even revert back.
When I contacted them the HR replied that you are not selected and I asked them the reason they don't have an answer.
Just they make use of the case study which has 2 email templates and they make use of our creative ideas.
Wasting all talented people's time in the name of case study and interview process.

Well got a call for AVP and after going through the Google and Glassdoor reviews, I decided to drop the plan the plan. Got couple of calls after few days and the person on the other end was little pushy. Didn't appreciate the response.

If you are getting an interview opportunity for AVP or any similar role just avoid. I had read all the reviews here and on glassdoor still took a chance to proceed with the case study thinking how bad can they actually get and there it is. Got a one liner mail(post my follow up only) after the 2nd one hour long discussion with some random stuck up VP who expects us to deliver a solution in 2 mins on call which presumably was their current ongoing issue. If you are thinking no it's not about the solution he was looking the thought process but I personally didn't feel so.
HR team reverts back and fixes telephonic rounds weeks apart. (Seriously questionable on how difficult it can be to schedule the rounds back to back if they are really interested in hiring and closing the position quickly)
Also their job posting comes regularly on different portals for the same position and on the one that I had applied to over 4k others had applied.

Follow unethical practise getting solved cases by candidates for their internal functions, while clearly knowing they cant support candidates expectation in terms of remuneration. Extremely unethical practise.

After you've wasted your time in brain storming, analyzing the case study and providing an actual solution, they will stop communicating. On asking the status of your application they'd just say that you've not been selected but will not bother on feedback. Your ideas are sold to them for free and then you're conveniently rejected. Such inept people running mockery.

I had given two interview ,based on case study and its true they will not update you regarding your selection ,you need to follow up with them and third case study they had shared me today ,want my review on that which is totally useless from my point of view ....even big company like wipro dont waste that much amount of time..tracxn should improve the way of hiring ...because nowdays glassdoor and review matters a lot,,,you cannot buy reviews ...

One of the worst company I had ever came through after clearing the whole interview process submitted the documents each employee will have expectations that the next step would be joining only but after 2-3 days they reverted that you are not suitable for this position. Then what HR is doing at the time of short listing the profile. The company recruitment process is worst
