Highly Unprofessional organization doing just timepass with candidates.

My experience:
Igot a call from Tracxn for a role of AVP -Business Development. They initially gave one assignment i.e. case study to solve followed by two rounds of technical interviews for around 1 hour each. After each round they gave confirmation as the interview turned positive. Post two rounds they called for last round saying final round and it will be for personal details.
To my surprise, it was one more round of interview asking for profile and job details and also lasted for an hour.

After getting all these , they didn't inform anything and when I asked I got a one line email saying we cant proceed and shall contact for new opportunities.

Are they so incompetent that even after case study and two rounds cant decide what they need and called for third round?
Or they just need to do timepass or they are taking experience from candidates?

Only Tracxn knows!

Above this, they really have one of the worst workplace with no food or parking facility..

Will not recommend to anyone.
