Tracsoft has been very responsive to our office s technology needs. Whenever a computer decides to act up or we have a break in the internet connection, a simple phone call gets immediate response and keeps our office running. Whenever I have a question about new technolgy, Tracsoft is there to answer my questions. Tracsoft s staff is curteous and qualified. Brad Hamner has been particularly helpful. We have confidence in Tracsoft and I am a very satisfied customer.

Kenny L. helped us switch over to TS through trial and tribulations; Brad H. is great to work with. We have had instances where our systems had issues and we were frantic (medical practice seeing patients) but Brad was able to log in remotely to assess printing/scanning issues and even to determine if it was a true tech issue vs cable/internet issue. Would like to be contacted a bit sooner since we are a busy medical practice regardless if seeing patients or not as time is crutial, but overall good.

TracSoft make our life much easier. Anytime that we have an issue they are promptly on site to repair the issue. They keep us from having to have an internal IT department. They are a great investment.

I was struggling to make my own website and grow my SEO. I'm not very tech savvy but knew I could grow my business with the right online presence. I call Tracsoft and they work with me. ME, The guy who doesn't know the first thing about computers and they were very professional, knowledgeable and patient. I wouldn't trust or recommend anyone else for the job.
