They did not have any of the items I was looking for and although they could order some online, they pretty much talked me out of it.

Although I didn't purchase anything, the staff were great to engage in non pushy conversation. Answerred any questions I had amd made it a pleasurable experience.

I had an alright purchase experience here. After purchase experience was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

So here is my story.
We have a 10,000 generator and when I sent it in for yearly service, they found a mouse nest in it! Well it seems that they had decided to eat some of the wiring harness and it needs to be replaced. Simple enough you would think..... NOT! The service department manager and the owner have both checked all across North America with no luck! They are only available from Japan but are back ordered with no expected shipment date! Great..... no generator, and with winter weather coming, we are bound to have power outages.
Well..... this is not where the story ends and this is why Toys for Big Boys has repeat clients. The owner, Larry Northrup gets involved and with the service manager, they find a demo model of the same generator and call me on a Saturday and deliver it to my home! WOW!
We are thankful for the efforts of everyone at Toys for trying to get our generator repaired for us and even more so that when they couldn't that they did what they could to get us a temporary replacement one!

the worst customer service, nobody answers the phone, no same day call back after leaving message. too bad its the only honda dealer in Moncton. never had a single problem at Sutherland Honda and they always had what I needed in stock for oil changes and other general maintenance

Go to place for Honda motorcycle parts. Helpful staff. They do charge a hefty restocking fee on any parts they have to order in, so try to only order what you need. The Wildcats calendar usually has a 10% discount on parts, so that helps cover the sales tax.

It's always good to see a clean store with friendly willing to help staff.

Great staff, very easy to talk to. Loads of selection.

Better price then Amazon!! And they give you advice on what you're doing. You don't get that online!!

Sales - staff are friendly, knowledgeable and seem genuinely interested in making you happy. Not a huge inventory available but they can order pretty much anything you want.

Parts & service - friendly and cheerful employees. Prices are high but they do quality work. Best to stop in and see them because they rarely answer the phone, and if you leave a message, it's days or even weeks before they call you back.

I was impressed on first visit there. The employees were very helpful & friendly & went out of there way to help you. Will defendly return again. Great selection of Harley products.

these guys have such a cool collection of toys that's unbelievable they have everything there and the prices are very great incompatible really love this location and everything that they hold in stock for inventory the staff very nice and it's very well showcased and it really makes you want to go back and purchase something this is a very very beautiful little outlet that they have going here and I mean they do a very professional job and I can't wait to go shop here sometime soon in the near future thanks guys for all your assistance and everything really appreciate it keep up the good

Obviously by reading the reviews are from weekend warrior yuppies that only come here to buy shirts only ride around town and don't ride enough to burn a tank of gas a season give a 5 star review . But the one comment from this Keith guy was left hign and dry ..... Well I'm like that Keith guy ..... I'm trading in my hog next spring and I'll be damned if I'm dealing with this ( yuppie ) stealership !

Review from a buyer: purchased new Honda motorcycle. Sales was accommodating, knowledgeable, and patient with someone that hadn't ridden in 10 years. The arrangement of finances was quick and painless with no surprises or complications. I will gladly purchase from them again based on my experience there.

Always helpful staff, always go out of their way To get parts in a timely fashion, delivered to the local bus station the same day they receive them from their distributors. Any time I ve had questions I ve been directed to their shop guys and have gotten clear answers to my questions.

I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Africa Twin adventure bike from Toys, I went in and paid for the bike and had plans to pick it up on Saturday. I didn't realize they closed early on Saturdays (1pm) I showed up at 1:30pm and everyone was gone, I got lucky enough to meet a mechanic leaving, told him my screw up and he went in and got the owner who re-opened the store for me, signed all the papers, he showed me everything on the bike and sent me on my way with my bike. Great customer service ! Thank you.

Great dealership. Have talked to other riders while there and the level of services is above all. They certainly seem to care beyond selling you your motorcycle!

Been buying bikes there since I was 10. Doesn't matter how much time you give them in adcance. They never keep up there end of the deal. It's kinda hard to plan a trip. Think it's last time I spend my money there !!!

Toys for big boys is great every time you walk in to this store your greeted with a smile and the sales people are always willing to help you everybody there has a positive attitude just like when I started buying my Suzuki boulevard C90 the sales people are great and they will help you thanks Dan for your help and Peter for selling me my Suzuki I love my bike

Went there to buy a New CVO and had to call multiple times to get some details. Salesperson never did any follow up....finally when I was able to talk to him..his answer was" Well gezz your not the only customer in this store" I agree but never in my 25 years of retail business have I ever been treated like this. I just hope that this will be helpful to others in making the decision on where to buy a new HD...There is out there some very professional and courteous dealers you can deal with! I dont think it's a requirement from the manufacturer to have a dealer that independent with an arrogant salesman.

Bought my first bike there in 2015 and just traded it for a new one last week. Peter R.went above and beyond to ensure I got what I was looking for. Always great for servicing the bike as well. These guys are fair, honest and very easy to deal with. I would not shop anywhere else.

Terrible parts service . Called and no awnser , left a voicemail and never received a call back . When they were closed for covid the procedure was to email and they'd get back to you , yet again never got a response. TERRIBLE PARTS SERVICE

I brought my Harley in for service today, I am from Victoria B.C ! I am at a local Motorcross track my son is racing at this top notch facility to say it is beautiful is a understatement!
The service writer and service department went out of their way to service my bike ! They opened the wash bay so I could get the 7200k of road grime off my bike!
A young employee stepped up and did a great job of detailing it!

Great welcoming atmosphere, friendly, helpful, well worth drive from Northern Ontario !! They'll hook you up properly from clothes to bikes to accessories-they have it all!

so frustrated. would not recomend bringing your harley there if you want a thorough job done.. spend your money somewhere else. in the days of social media you would think this wouldn't happen. all i can do is spread the word. if you want it done right there are other bike shops out there!!!!

I cannot say thank you enough to the service department at toys for Big Boys!
While on vacation I had a back brake line blow line. After hearing of my predicament the service guys went "WAY" above and beyond to repair my bike and get us back on the road to enjoy our vacation.
They did everything from helping us get a room to making sure I had a ride and giving my repairs priority, and as for the bill... well let's just say they didn't make any money, they just asked to cover their cost !
They turned a situation that could have ruined the vacation for me and my friends into an adventure that we will talk about forever.

Harley Centric, nothing in the line of accessories for Japanese cruisers even though they are supposed to be a Honda dealer as well as Harley
