They never pick up the phone at the parts department. I have called for two days every half hour and have not been able to get threw. I have left my name and number also no call back. And this is not the first time this is any time I need to order parts. Once I finally get ahold of some one there usually awesome guys very helpful and they know what there talking about when it comes to parts.

Couldn t be happier with the service I ve received so far, it s really above and beyond!!

Very good service! We had to get repair work done in order to travel further. They got us in quickly eventhough very busy and were very reasonably priced.

Hours are wrong on the website. Very unfortunate when a person drives 1.5 hours...

Second Encounter

I was travelling home and again my bike would not start I had to jump start it. I got to the shop and they didn t have the part. They travelled to St Johns NB and got it for me. Yes for price but a reasonable price. It s 3 hours there and back. That s unbelievable service to me. My tire and breaks took a beating and they informed me that it s not safe to drive the bike and fixed everything for me the next day. I love this place. They made it so I could enjoy my family trip and arrive safely to each destination.

Excellent service. Did a bike deal over the phone and emails from Halifax b/c the service in Halifax is poor, and Toys rolled out the red carpet for me on a trade and new purchase, and in the end I only spent $1800. So impressedbwith everyone there. Made my first new bike buying experience pretty phenomenal.

I've stood in there for over an hour once with my 6 yr old son (was buying him a helmet for his birthday) waiting for service, a guy walks in looking like a walking bank roll and.. Boom 3 guys go over to serve him. Walked out and went to g bourqes, best service you could ask for.

Parts Department is not very hard if not impossible to get ahold of no one answers the phone then goes to voice mail telling you too leave name and number and they will call you back well good luck with that no one returns your call so you call again next same same story over again hope this issue gets looked into have talked to many people all have same issue Thanks

Arrogant staff, me and my partner got ask to leave the store because we didn t buy anything in the first five minute of being in the store. Not a great experience!

Very different treatment between me and the gentleman I went in with. The girls fell over him to help I noticed. I went in smiling and came out frowning. When I stood at the fitting rooms waiting to enter I was addressed in French. I replied, "I'm sorry I don't understand," the French was repeated. I just stood there. There were at that point 3 women behind the service counter. A nice man at the counter translated to tell me the rooms were unlocked, they didn't. Plus, only dealership I have been in where I was refused a free poker chip. This was after the two of us dropping over $200. I guess its correctly named. It's for big boys not big girls. I've been in pretty much every Harley dealer across this country. I won't be back to this one, I can guarantee it.

Drove 40 minutes for parts to find out they were closed 3 hours early for a staff party...so frustrating...should have updated their site

I've been to this place 4 times in the last month or so, and each time I stand around/sit on/inspect the KTM and Husky bikes for about 15 mins. Not once did someone come up to me and ask if i was interested in buying or offered any assistance. I've been in the market for an off road bike for a while, and thanks to the crappy service at Toys for Big Boys, I found an amazing bike with a great price and great staff to sell it to me at Clay's Offroad! Thanks guys!

They balance their Harley, Honda and other bike sections nicely. As I am not a Harley fan, Im glad they dont shove the Harley stuff on me. They are a Stihl dealer and their prices seem to be the best in town.
