What a disappointment! I purchased the vehicle brand new from here but normally get oil change in Charleston due to travel. Normally, at the Charleston dealership they come out and greet me and ask about my service needs. Upon driving up- I waited for an employee and no one showed up. After going through multiple doors- I found an employee sitting behind a computer and she asked immediately without any introduction, DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT . I stated that I tried early this morning through your chat session online but no one has called/text me back. Her remark was I would have to wait until the techs come back from lunch....1:30. Remind you it s 11:51. This really doesn t surprise me since it is Orangeburg. So I decided to call back and ask for the owner. The owner is based in Florida, therefore this sums up my experience. I ask, if you are looking for the experience from purchase to service, stay far away from this out of state dealer. There seems to be zero accountability with poor service. The sad thing is, I was looking to trade in this car soon since my daughter is going to college. Davis Toyota will never be associated with my future searches.
The worst buying experience... Stay away from this place... Lorenzo Anderson will give you alot of fast talk just to sell you a car.

This is what buying a car should be like. Jennifer Hall and Connie created a first rate experience as we bought a brand new Tundra. I told Jennifer which truck I wanted and my parameters over text, she sent me a quote showing the interest rate and 3 different payment options/terms. I told her my preference. The entire deal was fair and reasonable. When arriving at the dealership Connie took over. She gave us the keys and told us a good route to test it on. When we got back, she was busy but paid excellent attention to us. We weren't there very long before the deal was finalized and we met Felicia Preston who was the very best. She completed the financial end quickly, informatively, and respectfully. This was one of the best vehicle purchase experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend them.
They have great service in their service dept. Mechanics are good also.
Bought a used corolla from here. 2019, needed service with in 1000 miles of buying it. Was also told id recieve a spare key and after hounding the salesman for a month I was told I wouldn't get one. Completely unprofessional people. I dont expect much buying a used car but the people there couldn't of cared less about me or anything. Definitely won't be returning.
It was worth the drive for our new 2021 Toyota Venza. No hassle pricing, honest easy to deal with sales and finance people. We will be definitely be buying our next Toyota from Shareef and his wonderful team!
