We've been using them to service a few buildings we own and have had a great experience. They always have good availability and thorough service. They even take pictures of the work they do so when I had a question about something they just had to look at the pictures and didn't have to send a tech out. Makes life so much easier!

Appointments were well handled -- email or phone -- with plenty time to schedule and change options. I had a family issue pop up and Home Comfort was able to contact their serviceman in the building and he serviced me very promptly. Craig, the tech, was prompt, efficient, polite, friendly. He offered a potential upgrade (which I put off decision until fall maintenance) and he was gracious about that. And, best of all, my Home Comfort equipment continues to work well. I'm warm and toasty when appropriate; cool as the proverbial cucumber when I wish. Every home/condo owner deals with a variety of providers. Wouldn't it be nice if they were all as great at Home Comfort!
