I bought branch new Rav4 2013 from Toyota of Lake City and car buying experience from the dealer was excellent. Sale person Frank was able to help me through finding right option, color and price that I've been looking for. Will definitely buy another car from Toyota of Lake City if I have a chance. Recommended!

We were stuck in Seattle, and Michael Long got us on the road quickly at no charge. We had just visited Seattle and were about to travel to San Diego. Our car was making funny noises. It seemed like the transmission was falling apart.
I called two Toyota dealerships. I told them my predicament. At first, Michael said I would need to leave the car for the day. I took the car to Michael's dealership. He arranged to have a mechanic look at it right away. My wife and I waited in their waiting room, which was great. They had a large high definition television, which passed the time away. After about 20 minutes, Michael came and told me the good news. It was a minor problem. For some reason, the lug nuts were loose on a wheel, which caused the horrible sound. Michael smiled, and told us they had tightened up the lug nuts and brought the pressure up on the tires: no charge.
The shop was very clean and well organized. I've seen a lot of shops in my time, but nothing matched this one. If my son ever gets a Toyota, I'll recommend this dealership.

I had an amazing experience at Lake City Toyota. My sales person was Chaz Jenkins and he was very knowledgeable and willing to listen to what I wanted. I knew I wanted a Rav4 but he went over the differences between models as he asked me what I wanted out of the car. This helped me narrow it down to the model that best suited me. Due to the fantastic inventory of Lake City Toyota, I was able to look at a variety of colors and trim and finally choose my car. Then Karim in the office was amazing as he worked with Chaz to get the pricing that I needed. This was hands down the best car purchasing experience in my life!!

Updated: Really appreciate Chris from Toyota of Lake City to contact me and provide me a reasonable reimbursement for the overcharging. Glad they are listening to their customers. 5 stars for their customer service.

Very very very disappointed about their car maintenance service!!!
They will charge you $450+ for a single 30k Prius maintenance service without even discussing about what services they are about to give to your car when you leave your car with them! -- that's why I switched to Toyota of Kirkland for 35k maintenance and they charged for only $33. You only know the bill when you are picking up the car and that's too late to argue about the bills.
Shame on you, Toyota of Lake City.

We purchased a new (to us) vehicle from Toyota of Lake City. We live on the Oregon Coast so purchasing a vehicle in the Seattle area was a bit of a logistical challenge. Why Seattle you ask, we found the right vehicle at the right price, and I am glad it was with Toyota of Lake City.

I was able to negotiate a tentative deal remotely before having to visit the dealership. David in the internet department was a pleasure to work with. He was upfront, honest and very understanding. He was never pushy or making promises just to get me in the door.

Once our deal was all but finalized, leaving only vehicle inspections, I was able to send my wife to Seattle to purchase the vehicle. I was not able to go myself due to work obligations. I was nervous at first about sending my pregnant wife and two children as car dealers generally do not carry the best reputations around. Toyota of Lake City came through magnificently and took great care of my family while they were there. They went the extra mile in a number of ways and walked my wife through the process the whole way. There were no surprises, and they completely honored the deal that we originally negotiated.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone and am happy we had a top-notch experience. It took all the stress out of a normally stressful situation. We are very pleased with our experience and vehicle purchase.

It was ok today. They promptly found a tire to replace my flat, but I was rather concerned about the tire sensor that wasn't working???

Just bought a Tacoma from George Chaker at this dealer. He was professional, helpful and NOT PUSHY. He allowed you the opportunity to walk thru the dealer with the information that you needed to make the right purchasing decision. If you are in the market when you arrive ask for George he will set you up right.

If you're a single woman who isn't familiar with cars, they'll try and swindle you:( . I went in for a recalled part that needed to be fixed. That was fixed free of charge. However, my brake pads were low and needed to be replaced. Mike, the service guy was a little pushy about getting them done that day and quoted me $800! I didn't have an extra $800 lying around so I said no. I took it to my local brake place the next day. They said only the front pads needed to be replaced (Toyota said the back ones NEEDED to be replaced), and they charged me $200. I'm guessing they work on commission at Toyota, but still, really skeezy business practices.

I bought my first car two days ago and I'm glad I went to this dealership. I heard about Toyota of Lake City from a friend who said the people here were really friendly. It's true! Isaac Simmons was especially helpful and patient with all of my questions. We test drove three different cars on the freeway and around Lake City. It made my decision of choosing a car so much easier. Thank you Isaac! I just had a two year maintenance service at Toyota Dealership at Lake City Way location on my Toyota Highlander 2016. It was a terrible experience and let me tell you why. I changed my air conditioning filter changed last weekend. Then today, November 30, 2017, after I received my car they told me that my air conditioning filter is dirty. I called them back and asked the representative, Lynia, why is it dirty since I just changed it last weekend and that it should be clean. Lynia yelled and told me the technician checked it and said that it is dirty. She told me that I will have to drive back to the dealership and open the air conditioning filter and prove to her that it is not dirty. I told her that I will be there in less than 15 minutes. After hanging up the phone less than 2 minutes with her, she called me back. She said that she spoke to the technician and she said that there is also a filter with gray color which the technician did not know since he is new according to her, which I think is just an excuse that she came up with. She told me that I did not have to go there anymore to show her the air conditioning filter.
I do not believe that the technician at Toyota Dealership even open the air conditioning filter to check if it is dirty or not, they just want to take your money so they just check the check box so you will be back to do more service with them. This is very back customer service! I don t know if they actually do the service that they are supposed to be doing when we put our cars in into their dealership. I m glad I caught them in this action, but I WILL not EVER go back to them again for their service since they are so POORLY rated in my book from now on. They actually lied straight to my face even when I told them they are lying about it!

Just got my new Prius from here and love it! Frank Chung and CJ were great help! They are a great team and very knowledgeable about their product. They were able to give me a great deal on my new Prius and even on my trade in. Everything was a smooth ride and can't ask for any better experience. :) I would definitely recommend Frank Chung and CJ to my friends.

We absolutely loved working with George Chaker at Toyota of Lake City! He is the best car salesman we have met! He listened to what we wanted, was attentive to our needs, respectful of our choices, supportive and kind. I popped in to show the repair area a seatbelt problem and weather than trying to do a big upsell on me I was offered some good advi've and given a diy idea that can easily be done. I appreciated the courtesy and thorough investigation the staff put into our issue!

nice dealership, kind staff, but TONS of sales pressure. Maybe its the people I dealt with or a because it was a busy Saturday. Tip: Always take a walk out of the dealership and talk it over for a few hours or overnight before deciding. Going there at off hours on a weekday probably would have been better.

Waste of time....

Emailed to see if they could get me a specific vehicle via dealer trade and was assured that they could if I would show up in person. I mentioned that I didn't want to spend much time in the showroom due to COVID... However, they still insisted that I show up in person to make the deal happen. So I scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival the person I was corresponding with was no where to be seen and was pawned off to some random sales person where I had to explain everything over again... At the end, they were not able to get me the vehicle... which they could could have just told me via email... Wasting my time and risking my health.

What it all came down to was for them to ploy a way for me to show up and buy something that I didn't want... Additionally, when I asked about the manager "Undui Redner" whom I was corresponding with, I was informed that he is staying away in his office due to fear of COVID... Are you serious???

We have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership. Their professionalism always gets our business. We looked for Kahn to help us when we were looking at a new Tacoma, but he was so good at his job that he was promoted to manager! Oh well, we were happy to work with his protege, Chaz who did us right.

My husband and I had an awesome experience buying our Avalon at Toyota of Lake City. We worked with Bano who was very knowledgeable about the car and very patient with all my questions. He definitely was not a pushy salesman. Karim and Tony were both helpful and honestly worked hard to get us the deal we could afford. Also, I noticed how happy and cheerful everyone was that works there. Very pleasant experience!

They made the whole process simple and painless. Very easy to work with. Would definetly do business with again.

James explained the process of choosing and buying the car to us very clearly. We were never suggested to buy options that we did not want or that weren't explicitly said to be optional. In the end we received a better loan rate through Toyota than our bank. Overall excellent experience.

While we didn't end up buying a car from this dealership, David was very helpful and continued to follow-up with me and presented only the inventory that I was interested in. It was just the right amount of contact that it was not irritating or pressuring (some sales people will call every other day trying to sell you a car that you don't want).

We were so impressed by the service when purchasing our 2019 RAV4, that we decided to also purchase a 2019 Tacoma the same week! We had an initial issue with the RAV4 and this dealership stepped up and handled it no questions asked!! They now have a customer for life.

I purchased my first car today and I had the best customer service from Jackson! Not only was the first car he showed me the one that I left the lot with, but he was extremely patient with me and walked me through every step of the way. Even after a couple of road blocks purchasing the car, he continued to stay personal with me and make sure that my happiness came first. AND to top it off, he even takes a picture of every person(with permission of course) that he sells a car to just so that he can show off how many people he's made happy!!! Definitely a genuine guy.

These folks were great. Took my car in to deal with a recall. They assessed the whole car pretty much and gave me a good maintenance schedule and things to watch for. The free shuttle service option was a help too and very easy.

I scheduled an oil change before a road trip for 8:30 am thinking I'd be in and out without a problem. Boy was I wrong.

I got into my appointment on time and I should have immediately known I was going to have a bad experience. Why are there so many employees at computers doing nothing if only one can help me? I don't think getting my name, odometer mileage, and service information is that difficult.

After waiting idly in my car for much too long, the correct "adviser" finally came and took my keys. He said it'd take 90 minutes and I optimistically thought, "maybe he's overestimating".

Unfortunately, it took two hours and I have no idea why. How can a service department be award winning if it can't do one of the most basic jobs in a timely fashion? And why would they let me schedule an appointment if they knew it would take so grotesquely long?

Overall, I'm distraught, confused, and disappointed.



Oh and thanks for letting me know about my hazardous (and dirty) floor mat by throwing it on the now soiled back seat.

I just called yesterday to schedule an oil change, the lady in the service department seemed rather annoyed and really impatient in the phone like how dare I ask for an oil change ! She said they were only scheduling oil changes 2-3 weeks out ... didn t even ask if I wanted that just said that and then hung up . What ?? I have a new RAV4 that s under warranty, I just called a different dealership today and they got me in tomorrow. 2-3 weeks?? weird. Never bringing my car there.

My experience here was great! I will definitely be telling friends and family to go here for their next vehicle purchase. The staff did an amazing job! Super Friendly, took all my needs and wants into consideration. I love my New Toyota Camry. They didn't have the specific one i wanted but had it delivered to them overnight for me. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Chaz Jenkins this weekend when we purchased our new 2018 Toyota Sienna. They gave us a hell of a deal and Chaz was so kind to our children. If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourselves a favor and go through Toyota of Seattle or any of the neighboring dealers. In all seriousness, I drove my family 3.5hrs each way for sole purpose of viewing a vehicle. Dealership had been in contact via email/text prior to our departure. We arrived on time to our scheduled appointment at 3pm only to be told it was being detailed. An hour later we were told hang tight it will be ready by 4pm. By 5pm we were told it would be ready by noon the next day, that it was at an off-site body shop which we weren't allowed at. This forced us to get a motel room. West Seattle is no place for a family let alone a normal human being, wish I could post a picture of the crack house viewed from our window. Again dragging my family to the dealer the next day, big surprise, no car. Making matters worse the staff offered little to no empathy, respect, no cross selling and finally no leeway in price. The staff at this dealer does not deserve to represent Toyota USA, and most importantly does not deserve it's customers. As a long time customer service employee, manager, veteran and family man I encourage you all to seek another dealership, you deserve better.

Awesome experience at this location. The entire staff, and especially the General Manager (Chris), were both considerate and helpful.
My Versa's transmission blew out and I was contemplating between repairs and purchasing a new car.
After deciding on the latter, I was assisted in selecting a lease option for a new vehicle at this Toyota location. Never once did I feel sold to in the entire process, and the General Manager gave me a great trade-in value for my Versa, which had some significant external damage aside from the transmission problems.
After purchase the staff went out of their way to provide convenience. They drove my new car to my residence, allowing me to drop off my rental car at the rental location.
Both my residence and the car-rental location, while close to each other, were quite a distance from the dealership. And the car-rental company did not provide any pick-up option.
With a great and caring staff, I would definitely recommend this dealership for your future car purchases.

Offered me a Yaris IA 2017 with 4k+ miles in it at the price of a 2018 model. Had told them I wanted a 2018 and even so they lured me into the dealership. Deceitful

Jett is a great salesman. He provided me with great information on the Rav4 before I visited the showroom. Never once pressured or pushed to buy, answered all of my questions and when he didn't know the answer he was honest and told me he'd find out. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed unlike some other dealerships I've been to. Even though it is not the closest Toyota dealership to me, I'll be taking my car there for service. Hands down the best, everybody was very friendly and left me very happy with my first new car.

Jerry was friendly and attentive, and never pushy. He was well informed and listened well, and he and CJ worked to find just the right car for us. But more than that, Jerry exudes positive energy. He was a great person to spend the afternoon with!

Just purchased a Highlander from Toyota of Lake City, and went into the process feeling a bit apprehensive since it d been a decade since I last bought a car. Nick and Zach were both easy to work with and clear about the process and pricing. I didn t have a lot of time to spend hanging out in the showroom, and appreciated that they were responsive over email, more so than other dealerships I was talking to. We came to what I think was a fair deal without any games or drama. Good experience.

I had an incredible time as a first time buyer at Toyota of Lake City, Nelson was an excellent sales rep who worked with me to get the car I wanted and within my budget. I felt respected and just enjoyed my time there.

Bottum line, they don't backup what they say, if its not in writing they wont do it. Always beware! I unfortunately wasn't smart enough to have things in writing. Even the littlest things matter. This company is gooeto you until they've got you signed all the paperwork. They over promise, but under deliver, I don't recommend getting a car here. Thanks for reading. And to add more to this, they promised me they won't shotgun me, meaning they won't check my credit report more than once, but I've already received 5 letters from different banks! Telling me about my credit.

I went into the dealership in March specifically wanting the Prius XLE AWD. It was not yet available when i visited, but I was able to drive a base model of the Prius I wanted. George was very helpful and was in constant communication with me regarding my car's status once it was built by Toyota. I just picked up my car and I am in love! Came in with my parents to buy a 2013 Camry and 2013 Rav-4. Frank immediately greeted all of us, and walked around the lot to explain the features of each car we were interested in. Frank was very patient throughout the whole car buying process. He provided very thorough explanations, and made sure he had an answer to any questions we had.

Two weekends ago I went to Magic Toyota in Edmonds, and that was a complete nightmare. Lots of lies,deceit and I was less impressed with the staff and management who could not answer any of my questions. I knew MORE about the particular model of vehicle I was interested in then they did. Hello, Educate your staff please?!

We settled on a price before I even came into the dealership ... which is the only reason that got me into the dealership. I don't like having my time wasted. Be a straight shooter , I don't like the games dealerships play.

Then they ran my credit, because we already ran the numbers and they were satisfactory.

Next, the sales man came back after talking to his desk manager and said, " sorry we can't give you the price we promised. "
They wasted 4 hours of my day , and lied to get me into their dealership.) Strike TWO!!

They then kept my title and never returned it to me on the lease I was turning in. Strike THREE!!!

Toyota of Lake City does NOT operate like this. We had a flawless experience at Toyota of Lake City. I went to turn in my lease on my 2015 Prius and needed to find a better suited car for my needs. I had the privilege of getting to work with Chris P., the GM and sales professional, Tim Park.

Chris is absolutely an amazing , hands on GM.
Kudos to him for working on the floor, speaking to customers and being available to his staff.
Most GM's do not typically are like this.

Got 10,000 mile service done here. Courteous, not too pushy, and were happy to see my kids. Forgot to order a part for me though, so I had to come back in a week later. Hence the 4 stars.

I just had a great car buying experience at Toyota of Lake City and truly appreciate George Chaker's knowledge and assistance getting me into my first AWD hybrid RAV4. Love it! The car was on order and George kept me informed of the progress and when it arrived he had it fueled and detailed before I even got to the dealership. I was on a time constraint when I picked up the car and George and the finance team committed to getting me in and out the door right on time!

Best place to buy a brand new Toyota or used vehicle, hands down!! Ali and Sasha never fail to please us, they are the best sales managers around and the reason why we have continually gone back to buy our Toyotas from them. We purchased a 2013 Tacoma last year and just this last weekend purchased a 2014 4Runner. Nigel was our salesman this time around and provided the same great service that we always get when were at Lake City Toyota, if your'e looking for a no pressure sales go see Nigel. Brad in finance is a swell guy and helped us get into the 4 runner with no issues at all. The service shop provides awesome service as well, super friendly and great group of people.
