I recently leased a 2016 Toyota Sienna from Toyota of Greenwich. Shani buster is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. She worked her butt off to get the lease signed, including multiple test drives, a lot of negotiations and a husband who was adamantly opposed to a minivan but eventually gave in. We looked at a lot of different cars at a lot of dealerships but not only did I love the Sienna but I loved the customer service at Toyota of Greenwich. So happy we leased from them and would recommend Shani to ANYONE looking for a new car.
Excellent experience. Bobby was fantastic to work with, very attentive to all my needs. He was very easy to work with and not pushy in the least. I had some concerns about the car I was purchasing and they addressed them immediately and treated me with complete respect and valued my time. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone!
I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here to buy a car and especially do any business with JEFF SYMEON!!! From what I experienced, I could give them only half a star for the customer service only.
I scheduled an appointment for a test drive with Thomas and he took us nicely the whole time. I decided to buy the car, so he showed me to Jeff and that guy was a big rude jerk! Thomas told me before that the car was in an accident recently, but when I asked for the car history, Jeff didn't tell me that until I asked him about the accident. When we got down to negotiate, Jeff was extremely rude to me when I tried to reduce the price since the price he offered along with "the service fees" was clearly overpriced based on the car's conditions and history. When I told him the maximum price I can pay for that car, he said he would go talk to his manager, but I saw him walk out of his office and right back in, he shook my hand, said he couldn't sell it to me and kicked me out. On top of that, he ripped off the paperwork of my info right in front of my face before I walked out of his office!
If you want to build customer base, treat all of the customers equally in a good manner. It's their loss to lose a customer no matter which vehicle or price he/she pays! Sorry but I'll never come back here again even when I have more than enough money to buy a car like now because I don't want to deal with a bunch of jerks!!!
After visiting several dealerships in the New Haven County area, I decided to make the trip to my hometown dealer in Greenwich. I am so happy I did, I had the most relaxed car buying experience. The people at Toyota of Greenwich are, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get the car I wanted at the right price and monthly payment. The salesman Lenny, knew every option and feature on my new minivan, he showed me all the cool features. He also set up my IPHONE for me before I left, so I didn't have to worry about my first drive home. The finance manager, Tony, was very helpful and made me extremely comfortable. My family has been buying cars from Toyota of Greenwich since they first opened in the 70's and I will continue this tradition!
David Sullivan helped my mom with a used car. He treated her with respect and was very helpful in making her feel comfortable with her final decision. David is very detail oriented and every detail was completed with professionalism and efficiency. I was remote so my older mom was dealing with him in person and he kept me in the loop as required. Anytime I had a question he was there to assist - even after hours. I would recommend this dealership and Dave Sullivan.
I had a wonderful buying experience at Toyota of Greenwich. I traveled from Massachusetts to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. My sales representative Husam "Sam" Almarji was true professional. He was honest and made me feel comfortable though the entire buying process. He will be my first call when I look for another vehicle. The General Sales Manager Robert Federico and Business Manager Anthony Anzalone were also a pleasure to work with. Overall great car buying experience.

Nice salespeople, but worst prices in the region, by far Toyota.com quoted a lease at $270/month (without 7% tax), Toyota Stamford $350/month. And for exactly the same car, Greenwich quotes $450/month. My advice, shop somewey else. Don't look at the MSRP, they get you on financing and other fees
We Love Toyota of Greenwich, and we definitely recommend it to our Family & Friends. We got our 3rd car with Dave Sullivan, He is an excellent salesman and a great man. my 2 kids love him, they love sitting in his office while the paper works is being process. The staff are very helpful and friendly as well. They are great and excellent in every way, and very patient explaining every detail about the car we want. We got the highlander 2015, and we are very satisfied and happy with our new car. Waited 4 hours for a tire that wasn't even right and then on the phone Bill and Carla decided to talk to me like a was a complete idiot, it's so rude and unprofessional to try talking over a customer when they're trying to explain something! From the moment I went in they made it seem like they were so put out by helping me. The only two nice people were one of the technicians, who came out and gave me updates and checked to see if I needed anything and then a man who I assume was a sales agent who talked with me about my dog and was very friendly. I took my car to another dealership and it was confirmed the tire was wrong, it was a sport version and shouldn't have been on my car and they failed to mention that I needed an alignment. Conveniently when the service tech tried calling Bill there was no answer, shocker. I hope to god I never have to deal with the rude staff here ever again.

I have purchased two new cars from this dealer over the years. My wife and I regularly take our cars here for scheduled maintenance. The sales staff is friendly and low pressure. The garage staff is highly trained and reliable. Over the years I've gotten good prices and terrific service.
Excellent experience all around. Salesman Jeff Symeon was super helpful, knowledgeable and went out of his way to take care of whatever I needed. The dealership really place customer satisfaction and service above all else. Bought a wonderful Camry Hybrid XLE - love it! And love the 2 years of complimentary routine service included. Jeff even set up my first 5 appointments and gave me a reminder memo when I picked up my car. Highly recommend this dealership and Jeff Symeon!
Be very careful that the fine print on the contract matches what you were told by the sales person. I discussed a lease, and was told that excess mileage would be .20 per mile, but when the statement arrived, it said .25, the change was made on the contract, which I did sign, without it being mentioned. Other things too, like no mention of the second key on my trade until AFTER the deal was complete, then "Oh, by the way, if you don't bring it here by Monday we're charging you." I used to think this dealership was above such shady tactics, but apparently not.
It looks like during the 5k maintenance they didn't do tire rotation. At least, the front right wheel was at the same place it was before the service. Minor thing, but I was pissed off.
More price competitive than they used to be ... they will match prices..... still walk in as a knowledge based consumer. Auto sales people can be overwhelming unless you are prepared. Until the sales manager is involved you have not gotten close to a deal !

Don't go here. I leased a car from them and we agreed on a 39 month lease term. At signing they switched the term to 42 months without telling me. They also took a month to send me my registration.

Purchased 2 CPO Siennas from them and just totaled the last one. Made repeated calls to get a refund from the unused extended warranty with no return calls. I even was looking to get a third car from them until they didn't call back so I bought a new one from another dealer.
Got my 2005 Toyota corolla service for airbag recall. My experienced was great from the guys outside to set me up for the service and Jay the service advisor was more than helpful got the exact time he promised me to get my car back .. But my issue is from the cashier Jay told me to go to cashier finalize the service. I went to the cashier told her I'm here for the 2005 toyota corolla airbag recall service and she said what's your last name with the attitude look on her face and then she said next time tell me your last name instead we don't go by the vehicles information . Now my question... why not ask me whats my last name as soon I got to her counter instead of her letting me explain why I was on her cashier window.. I could have given you 5 stars but the cashier lady mess that up..
This dealership was very professional and made me feel like they were genuinely interested in my life and who I am as a person. It was very easy to talk to the salesperson I was working with and I didn't feel like I was rushed to make a rash decision. There was no pushing to make a decision, they let me make it on my own time. They were also very helpful and gave me options on payment and worked with me for credit and a great interest rate. Wonderful experience
The service department need a refresher and complete over haul in customer relations. Sales are great, but when the check is cashed, don't expect a welcoming greeting to your first service appointment! I have never experienced such a negative, unfriendly service department and frankly will not bring our cars there in the future. There are many businesses who will gladly service a Toyota at 20%-30% less.
I went for an interview, I fall in love with that place. The Owner and the Manager were great, really patient then I left with an idea on selling cars. For me it's one of the best place to buy your Toyota.
Recently purchased a 2019 Tundra TRD off road from this dealership and worked with David Sullivan. Dave was straight forward and made the purchase seem-less. He also was very knowledgeable about the different warranties offered on the car and provided me with all the facts so I could choose what was right for me. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase the vehicle and he also did his best to provide me with a great deal. Lastly, After I purchased the car and before I drove off the lot, Dave took the time to bring me through all the features and controls of the navigation/infotainment system. Seeing how he took a significant portion of his day to educate me really showed how he and Toyota of Greenwich truly care for the customer. If I could give 6 stars I certainly would.
3/2/2018 - This is my final review for this terrible business. Took my truck in for free service and got it back with broken parts. Service manager didn't mention this to me until I took a closer look. No phone calls returned, no emails returned, nothing. Will be writing to Toyota HQ to resolve this. This place is 100% dead to me.
Looking back, wish I would have gone else where. A truely unenjoyable experience.
Changed my rating back to the 1-star I first assigned. Truck did not have a full tank of gas when I got in it to drive away. The dealership filled it up afterwards. The truck was cleaned before I left because it was sitting under a pine tree. I have now had the pleasure of removing hundereds of sap spots that were missed by the careless cleaners at the dealership. And to top things off, I had the pleasure of watching Jeff Symeon use a power drill to screw in my license plate, which he messed up and did not get the screw to seat properly. So instead of 1 hole in a brand new bumper, there are now two holes of different sizes.
GRAND PLEASURE of working with Toyota of Greenwich. Both of your license plate frames are in the dump.
After extensive research I came to the conclusion that I was going to purchase a Toyota Tacoma. David Sullivan at Toyota of Greenwich was amazing. He is one of those guys that puts the costumer first, and that s quite a rarity to find nowadays in the sales industry. I was extremely satisfied with the service and would go back again in a heartbeat.
Service experience was thorough and the repairs were done correctly the first time. Julio in Service did a fantastic job of keeping me informed about some fairly major repairs. Expensive? Yes, it's a dealership.
