I went in to have tire pressure sensors checked but everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. Very satisfied with the way the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and they even wiped down my vehicle before I got back in due to the pandemic as an added precaution.

We had THE most amazing experience at Toyota of Easley!!! We were greeted by a salesman right away. His name is Scott Ferguson. He went to work for us immediately! We told him what we were looking for and he started checking to see what he had. We left to eat and he called right away to let us know he found what he thought we might be looking for. We returned to the dealership and he drove it out. It was perfect! A 2014 Toyota Tundra. We were trying to upgrade our son from an older Tacoma truck. SCOTT was just amazing! He was extremely professional!!! Listen to all our questions, concerns, etc. He worked very hard to get us the best deal! Such an honest, hard working man!!! We ended up purchasing the truck from him! I just CANNOT SAY ENOUGH about this man! Such a pleasure to work with. The rest of the process was fantastic as well. From the gentleman that explained all the other features we could consider (he was NOT pushy AT ALL), to Bill who helped us figure out the financing for the truck. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOYOTA OF EASLEY. I came into the dealership with an engine that needed to be rebuilt from workmanship issues elsewhere......Roger Hayes was a class act and went above and beyond to get me back in my vehicle as soon as humanly possible. I bought a 2014 Rav 4 this summer. I am loving the car, and my salesman terrific! He was so knowledgeable, and such a nice guy! He got me all set up with blue-tooth, which I had never had before, and gave me several lessons on all the features of the car - even several weeks later! Highly recommend salesman Phil Parrish!

What a hoot! Not only was the service area spotless, the staff friendly and not the littlest bit patronizing, the work efficient and the waiting room more like a hotel lobby with really good coffee. But THEY OFFER FREE MANICURES ON WEDNESDAYS. We all sat around talking and laughing and drinking coffee. It was the best part of my day, even better since it was a complete surprise.

Hands down the best customer service ever! I did not feel pressured to buy a car at all! I'm a woman, and know nothing about vehicles. I never once felt taken advantage of. I felt like I was given genuine advice, the same advice and deal they would give their own family members! Phil Parrish is who I bought my Camry from and this was my second car he has sold me. My entire family only shops from Phil! He is 100% amazing and truly has your best interest! He went above and beyond trying to accommodate me while staying within my budget!

Unbelievable customer service at this location. I started my search on line looking for the best deal I could find. I was contacted by Sales Consultant Adam Pangle Within minutes. He stayed with me through all the questions and what if s til the very end. After days of Adam answering any question I might send him, I decided to go visit. Needless to say he set me up with the car I wanted and at a great price. He dealt with my anxiety like none other and made me more comfortable than I can possibly explain. This is definitely my dealership from here on. They are Beyond the five star rating !!!

I have always had my Highlander serviced at a Toyota dealer, so when we moved to SC, that was my first choice..
I needed an oil change and tire rotation and this was my first visit to Toyota of Easley. I was greeted immediately upon entering the service bay and was treated very well. They said it would take about an hour and it was a little over that. As usual when I have service at a dealer, they try to sell extra service such as AC freshening, top end cleaning, etc. I declined and after I paid, I didn t know where my car was, but a nice lady in the service Dept walked my to my car. All in all a very good experience and would definitely recommend them.

Best customer service from a dealership I have ever experienced in a lifetime of shopping for cars. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Answered all my questions clearly and took extra time to deal with all of my concerns. Long story short I went in just to obtain information thinking no way I'd ever have a chance to get lucky enough to pick a car right off the front lot. Patience and timing was in my favor. I now am a proud owner of a beautiful 2019 Toyota. This is far beyond luck or hopeful wishing. These guys strived for almost 4 hours to make sure I had the best outcome of the Toyota experience! Not given a multi-point inspection sheet, not sure one was completed. Requested twice, did not get a response. Also don't think they used the synthetic blend that is supposed to be used.

I ve been looking for a RAV4 for awhile. Went to see several listed online, but when I arrived, David Helton had another one that just came up for sale. He showed it to me, and I bought it! It was a great deal.

Even though my car (2015 Volvo S80) is still under warranty, the service manager treated me as if I were a valued, long-time customer. Pretty fast service. They said an hour for an oil change (which I always plan to take 2-3 hours) and it took right at about an hour and a half so I was impressed - especially since I didn t have an appointment. Really nice workers too! There were free snacks, drinks, coffee, and WiFi available which was nice too.
