My husband spent over an hour at your facility and...

My husband spent over an hour at your facility and we don't believe ANYTHING was serviced on our new Toyota!!! We know for a fact that the tires were NOT rotated. So, we have concluded that we can not trust your establishment. Which is a shame as this was our first purchase from your dealership. We are hopeful that our next service experience will be much more successful. Thank you.
