I doubt there is a place out there that is less efficient than this Toyota. The guards have no idea where to send you, when you finally do find dispatch, they say you have to go to "Trailer City" to get the paperwork. Then when you finally locate whatever company you're hauling for in trailer city, you have to take all that paperwork back to dispatch so they can look at it and assign you a trailer. Then you have to drive to another far off part of the property to find it while hoping it's in good condition (so far we're 1 for 3 on having a trailer that didn't need emergency repairs) and also hope the yard dogs didn't just carelessly put the trailers next to it with less than a foot of space inbetween. THEN you have to drive back to dispatch (which is in a gated area that you have to get out of your truck every time to wave the stupid badge they confiscate your license for when you want to enter or exit the area), just to get an exit pass and hand him whatever tag they had on the trailer. This is how the process goes IF YOU'RE LUCKY. Don't expect to ever spend less than 2 hours running around here. Oh, and good forbid you are stuck here waiting for a trailer repair. They don't care about drivers being stuck here for hours , and will insist you are so in the way even if you're waiting as a bobtail IN a bobtail parking section. Every time I've been here, it's taken at least 4 hours to get out. This place is an inefficient, inconsiderate, time-sucking trap.
