DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I was set up for an interview for a CHAT position. I start the interview and told that it was for phones. The interviewer Elijah Hartman apologized and told me i had to take another assessment and get me rescheduled for another interview. Mind you, i had already waited a week for the first interview. I go on the link he set to set up the interview, but there are no dates available. I email him back immediately with a screenshot of the site. I get no response for 2 days. However, when i do get a response back, it's NOT even from Elijah Hartman. It comes from some other person. They don't have a direct email and give you the run around. The person tells me to keep checking that they update it one business day ahead of time. To check constantly for updated interview times. I did this for 5 days. A week later after sending them a STRONGLY worded email, I get a response 3 days later from a THIRD new person telling me the positions had been filled and they didn't have any chat positions interviews available. After WASTING MY TIME. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL. YOU ALL ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO RANDSTAD OR EVEN STAFFFORCE. Since they don't even tell you WHICH office it's from, I'm also posting this review on the other Kelly Services/Connect in the state I'm in.

Absolute worst group of people hiring for Toyota. They advertise Now Hiring, you apply, pass the test and no one will respond to phone calls or emails. Multiple attempts have been made to contact this office and no response. Unprofessional. I know I'm not the only person and Toyota has probably lost out on some great people thanks to this unprofessional group at Kelly Services. Toyota needs another way...

I started with Kelly's 10 years ago. It was a good company at the time. I had a great rep and never had an issue if I took vacation or needed paperwork submitted or even just needed a question answered about benefits. Today I think it's a sad company. The rep for the temporary on my line and my wife's rep are the worst for professionalism I've ever seen. Now it may not be the same across the board but I do know these two reps are for separate shops. TM will call their rep with a question and days later the rep will call back, while they're at work, so they can leave them a voicemail. Not at all so they can actually have a conversation about what is needed. Or a text and they won't respond for days later. They won't try to work with people and their circumstances at all. I don't know when they started thinking they were better than a person working the line but every person at that plant has a common goal. Just because you're signing a vacation slip vs sweating at 1a.m. putting in an engine doesn't mean you're better than the next person. If this was the company I had started with 10 years ago I wouldn't be where I am now because the downright rudeness of the reps they have currently is appalling. Maybe upper management knows and maybe they don't but it could be a reason there's such a high turnover with Kelly's. I hope someone cares enough to make a change.

Kelly services is the reason why I'm a full time Toyota employee. I never had any issues during my time as a temp. I've seen a lot of vague bad reviews which is surprising. If you are curious about using Kelly to get into Toyota know two things they expect: for you to be drug free and for you to come to work as expected. If you continually miss work they will not keep you as they know they have hundreds waiting for a job that will actually come to work everyday. They even give you vacation days and emergency vacations so there's no excuse for repeated
Absence. I'm very pleased with my job at Toyota and I would recommend it to anyone. It has helped my spouse and I so much financially. After him seeing what all it did for us, he's coming to Toyota through Kelly as well. I'm seeing it take one year or less now for people to get full time.

They will use you up and discard you like toilet paper, with no regard to the fact that you are human and have a family to raise. Then they will volunteer to other agencies that you are no longer a valuable asset and prevent you from working anywhere else in the local vicinity. Their number one priority is their client, not you the employee, there is no one there to advocate your rights. So they can say what ever they want about you and leave you with the burden of proof.

Let's see 2 years ago I applied and my tablet froze. I was told that toyota doesn't care if your tablet froze. They also said that it would be a different scenario if I had taken the application on their computers and something messed up. Now I applied again and called about my application and was told I was ineligible for the rest of my life. I asked if there was anything I can do and got very rude responses especially when I asked what was in "my notes" under my profile. He refused to read me the note even though it involved me and was about me. Now here's the kicker my wife applied as well. She called about her application got the same rude boy I had gotten and the same answer. She was ineligible. But his response to that was "we'll just get rid of that real quick" my wife replied with are you sure? He said "yep I'm sold on you". My experience with Kelly services is not one I'll forget and I will not allow my wife to work with the individuals who treated me so poorly.
