My experience was fantastic at Expressway Toyota. JD contacted me in a timely fashion when my company vehicle was ready and was very flexibility with my pick up time actually offering to come in early to meet me. The vehicle was ready on time and I was given a thorough run through its features and I was ready to go. All in all it was a fantastic experience and I will look to purchase from them again and utilize JD specifically.

I bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla at Expressway in December, 2 hours after leaving the dealer: I tried to return it, they said that I have to give $3000.00 for them to take it back. I called the sale manager more than 5 times and left messages until now they never returned my call. The car was running great only with ticking clock sound coming from the right side. 3 months later, I returned to the dealer for oil change and tire rotation. After leaving the dealer: the car became very shaky and some days later noise started coming out of the back tires, I checked under the car and found out that it was damaged, fixed and repainted but not reported to Carefax. Today I went back for service and told them about the problems, they kept the car for almost 3 hours and me waiting. After they gave me the key and said there is nothing wrong with the car. I turned it on: under 2 minutes I could hear and feel all the problems.I returned the car inside and let them know that the car was not fixed: one of the employees came out and said: calm down, I told him that I've been waiting for almost 3 hours and the car is not fixed, he said that he doesn't care and asked:are you a mechanic? I said yes, he said get your car and get the f out and then he walked away. Mr P came to talk to me and the guy that told me to get the f out was coming, I called him by his name, suddenly he became mad and was coming towards me, Mr P stopped him twice. If he got close to me: he would force me to defend myself. I got in my car and left, probably I'll bring it to an independent mechanic to see what's wrong.
Bought my new Highlander Limited today at Expressway Toyota and worked with Casey. He is very patient and helped me find what I was looking for. My English isn't great but he was understanding. So happy ! Thanks Casey
Matthew Kertulis was 5 star on customer service!!! Super knowledgeable, great listener to understand our needs! He had all the time in the world for us, and even went the extra mile and delivered the car to us (2+ hours round trip). Highly, Highly recommend Matt! The only drawback in the whole experience was the ability to negotiate, but given the high demand for vehicles right now, understandable.
My lease was up on corolla I got here and wanted to make the jump up to something else. Ended up loving the Camry SE with nightshade. Worked with JD and Vlad in finance. Both were awesome, Vlad had sold me my last car so happy to work with him again 3 years later, JD got everything down as quick as he could and made it totally stress free. Good people to get a car from for sure.
Something really sad happened to me today. My money inside the armrest was stolen after oil change. I want to remind everyone not to put any valuable inside the car. They have the car for an hour for doing the service and anything could be happened. I wish the gentleman who stole my money use the money in right way, please buy some healthy good food and new clothes to your kids. God bless.
Our family experience with Expressway Toyota was great. From my first phone conversation with Bob, working with Vladimir on financials and with Casey who got us into the car wanted. Navigating carseats and multiple test drives, Casey was wonderful to work with, he kept us informed with clear helpful communication and updates along the way. We ended up driving out of our way to Expressway after two failed test drive attempts at another Toyota dealership. I called on our way down to confirm the CPO Highlander we were interested in was still available and when we arrived Casey had us in the car on a test drive within 10 minutes. That first car wasn t for us but Casey was able to show us more of what we were looking for. I loathe the negotiating process where we had to push a little more for our trade-in than I liked (minus 1 star) but overall happily purchased our car from Expressway and working with Casey was great!
I found my dream car online and was THRILLED to call and find out it was still waiting for me! I called in the morning and got an appointment that evening. The car is in perfect condition and everything I wanted. Josh helped me and my 2 family members who came with me. He was extremely friendly, funny and professional. He made the whole experience pressure free and enjoyable unlike others I have dealt with before. I am not familiar with the area and Josh was extremely helpful with directing us where we should go on our test drive. We asked for further details on the car and Josh found out for us immediately. I know he wanted me to make the best choice for me! He came in on his day off so I could pick my new baby up a day early. I am truly grateful for Josh and the rest of the crew. I plan on having my new car for many years to come but my family will definitely be back at Expressway!
