Matthew Kertulis was 5 star on customer service!!! Super knowledgeable, great listener to understand our needs!
He had all the time in the world for us, and even went the extra mile and delivered the car to us (2+ hours round trip).
Highly, Highly recommend Matt!
The only drawback in the whole experience was the ability to negotiate, but given the high demand for vehicles right now, understandable.
