We ended up driving out of our way to Expressway after two failed test drive attempts at another Toyota dealership. I called on our way down to confirm the CPO Highlander we were interested in was still available and when we arrived Casey had us in the car on a test drive within 10 minutes. That first car wasn t for us but Casey was able to show us more of what we were looking for. I loathe the negotiating process where we had to push a little more for our trade-in than I liked (minus 1 star) but overall happily purchased our car from Expressway and working with Casey was great!
