We went from a Mercedes C300CE 2011 49,000 mile luxury car fully loaded - premium and multimedia package (this car came with Navi, 6-disc changer, dvd, even a 10gb or 15gb hdd which you can burn disc onto) to a 2017 14,500 mileage Toyota Camry SE loaded. I was happy this worked for my family. The dealer Julio was resourceful, helpful and insightful on many details about cars and how the trade-in works and yep that's his "job" but this isn't always well represented. As long as the lady is happy, then I'm satisfied. I'm not giving five stars because I went into the dealership blind for not knowing the kelley blue book; after investigation of our MB C300CE, it was between $11,500 to $13,750; we received $9,500 which I had a lender payoff quote of 13,841. So this left us with negative equity. Though there were a few cosmetic issues, this wasn't deeply shared about the appraisal price which I admit I suspected less, being ignorant of blue book value. Anyhow, overall experience was exciting. Toyota team is sociable and uses conviviality with customers. So great customer service indeed. They are about making their customers happy. Enjoy the experience! Go in with a bit of foreknowledge on the car and what you are purchasing before finalizing. Thanks.
