I got terrible service from the parts department when I reodered a replacement shock here at Toyota 3 1/2 weeks ago. So I finally called back and spoke to Russ who was very helpful and said my part was there. I asked him if could pick it up next week he said that would be fine. I wish I would of got the great service I did today 3 1/2 weeks ago. I give Russ A for today. However I give the parts F for failure for not calling me back. I my case sometimes genuine Toyota parts are not good. I know my shock went out after 3 months. Now I got pay Evans tires 60 dollars again because I got a jacked up part from Toyota of Carlsbad. That was my experience.
