Their service is good and beware if you are there to buy a new car, then workers will ask for tip at every exit so you should carry extra cash other than car amount

There customer service skills are awful. Most of their staff is rude, loud mouthed and they seriously lack decency. There skills as auto technicians may be okay, but if you're looking for a pleasant experience, this is certainly not the place to go to.

It's an excellent dealership and the workshop is good as well. The only issue is that at times they are out of spare parts to which their answer is always that they'll have to order parts from Indus Toyota or Japan.
I've often faced this problem and a few times they've given me unrealistic estimates for repairs to problems that didn't even exist in the first place. If they charge a premium at least they should provide a premium service.

Service is good...but i think they have higher price then market...ATF oil on toyota outlet cost 1400 per litter but here they are charging 1700 per litter...one thing i cannot understand is that why they are charging 880 ruppee just to change the oil? Labour fee is expensive and didn't make any sense...pity

I came across Ms. Nosheen and Mr. Osama. Both of them were very good professionals. For the rest of the staff, I can comment only after dealing with them!

It's ok and the dealing is not so great as I experienced. For better dealing I'll recommend Toyota Walton Motors.

Changing my rating from 1 star to 4 star, first oil change of my yaris ativ cvt, there was break oil leakage from abs system, mr. Hamza bhai and zia bhai v helpful and solved the issue and advise me to come after 2 days for checkup again. Aqib bhai manager is also v helpful. Thank you v much hamza bhai and zia bhai. From last three years I kept my car grande 2016 iwith extreme care and one bad day the manager at Toyota can't ask me to have compound polish as i was there for bumper paint. After the compound polish my car was over grinded at lines and curves. The paint at curves and line got dim. Also a white shower on windscreen. Pliers, mirrors every where. Every body was putting blame on each other but ultimately i as a owner of car was the effectee. Toyota cantt will keep on doing the same and definitely their untrained staff will keep harming the cars. SORRY IS NOT THE SOLUTION.

Not recommended. Very expensive. Careless people fooling customers.
