It's an excellent dealership and the workshop is good as well. The only issue is that at times they are out of spare parts to which their answer is always that they'll have to order parts from Indus Toyota or Japan.
I've often faced this problem and a few times they've given me unrealistic estimates for repairs to problems that didn't even exist in the first place. If they charge a premium at least they should provide a premium service.
