I am glad to say that I work with like minded people who do care about their candidates and clients and offer an honest and professional service
Great experience overall working with the team at Kennedy Pearce.
Highly recommend.
THIS COMPANY IS SHAM AND IT DOES NOT CONTACT YOU EITHER BY EMAIL OR BY PHONE.
WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT TO SEND MY CV TO A SHAM COMPANY
@KennedyPearce Absolutely shocking experience as a Candidate. No empathy and no control over their clients. Shocking level of communication. Do not use!!
Bethany was amazing. She gave me all the information I needed to prepare my interview and she supported through out the application process.
If Bethany's colleagues are half as good as her then I would recommend Kennedy Pearce without a doubt.
Stay Away !!
Not helpful and Unprofessional !!
I have registered with KennyPearce in January 2019 - met 3 recruiters that talked at me, did not listen what I had to say but all 3 asked the same questions (no team communication or passing notes) and then completely ignored me and my emails.
"Tina Byrne is the most vile woman you will come across. Shes abusive. I gave my service to another company as a result. Shes just a nuisance"
I have been delighted with the service provided by KennedyPearce Consulting they have taken all the stress out of the recruitment process, and in a very short time I ve got a new job in the worldwide international company. Thanks, well done
I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and attitude of KennedyPearce Consulting and will continue to work close with them in the near future.
Full of efficient, hard working, no fuss recruiters. Always have opportunities on the go
One of their new consultants encouraged me to come in for an interview (even though they did not actually have any role for me), I waited in a room for 15 minutes alongside another guy who was double booked in for the same time as me. Had to wait another 15 minutes for her boss to interview me, 30 minutes of meaningless recruiter waffle chat later about the kind of roles they sometimes get in, and I've wasted an hour. I go to leave, see the recruiter who was supposed to interview me and she is laughing and chatting with the receptionist and pretends not to see me and doesn't bother apologising. 0 clue 0 professionalism.
The people at KennedyPearce I encountered were very professional and very helpful offering tips and advice and not just a reactive job service. Highly recommended agency
Awful. Do not recommend. Do not even do you the courtousy of calling you to tell you that you did not get the job after an interview, just flat out ignore your messages and calls. They are the only ones in contact with the company, so even if you travel hours for an interview, very possible you do not receive any feedback.
This company (person I spoke to was Abigail) said that they would send me an email confirmation regarding intervew but they did not bother. The funny thing is after talking to her, she claimed that she did not have my CV, yet had my mobile number. I even sent the CV directly to her email address, still no confirmation. Waste of time . They call themselves unprofessional recrutment agency.
Very rude and unprofessional. They just abusing people.
From a client perspective KennedyPearce have been excellent to deal with. They understand and respect our processes and consistently deliver a high standard of service.
This company is a waste of time and they do not find you work. Stay away
If I could give zero stars I would. I have come across some really unprofessional recruiters but Tracy was probably the worst I have come across. First of all the introductory call was very unprofessional, I have worked as an agency recruiter myself and If i thought a candidates cv was "too jumpy" as she said, i just wouldn't call them. She put me forward for a role but did not disclose who the client was. I had to send an email to ask about this and all of a sudden i received an interview request, no confirmation from myself on whether i was available or not. When I mentioned i would have appreciated if she asked whether i was available, she responded that she apologises for being helpful. That response was enough for me to not work with such a company. Your employees need to be re trained on how to speak to candidates appropriately because clearly they do not know how to do this. A very basic requirement as an agency recruiter!
Tina Byrne is the most vile woman you will come across. Shes abusive. I gave my service to another company as a result. Shes just a nuisance.
A pleasure to work with and always produce talented candidates to fit the culture of our business.
Awful agency who lack professionalism, I would not have put any stars on this review but without it I couldn't post this.
I did not register with them as their phone manner (their receptionist seemed half asleep/clueless) and not being able to get in contact with the consultant I was supposed to see resulted in no contact back (tried several times and left messages).
The agency in St.Mary's Axe London should be avoided at all costs.
An agency with it seems.... still has a lot to learn.
Didn t get treated well, and constantly got hounded with calls and WhatsApp texts.
Very rude and unprofessional.
Best company ever. Great consultants and looked after me, 5 stars
Great Recruiting firm who acted professionaly from start to finish. Special Mention to Adam who managed to get me an interview within a few days of our intial meeting.
I can't recomend them enough.
Majority are nice but some are outright rude people and lie a lot. Use Robert Walters, they are far better!
As of 04/12/2018 , another recruiter contacted me for a role and surprise surprise...she didn't come back to me at all.
Why Celia? Lol
Now i am convinced that this company is a scam.
Or they just enjoy receiving rude emails from candidates...
I was contacted via email by a recruiter asking to call him to discuss about the role i had applied for and he never replied to my emails or called me back(thats usual for all the recruiters though).
I had left messages on the phone and he disappeared. Idiots
I work with a lot of recruitment agencies and have always had good feedback from the team at Kennedy Pearce.
I had a lovely experience with this recruitment agency. Recently moved to London from NY and Emma Hardy was amazing! It took just one week from meeting KennedyPearce at their office to then getting a 6-month contract with an Ad Agency in London. They are efficient, have great relationships and worked wonders getting me placed at a job I m very happy with :) Emma always got back to me very quickly and always checked up on me during the process. From my interview set up to contract negotiation then payment/timesheets she s amazing :) thank you
One of the best recruitment firms I've ever used in London. Very efficient, down to earth people and very accommodating. Thank you KP. AAAA++++
Very Unprofessional company I applied for a role a couple of weeks ago and got a very rude reply back .I would advise Companies to refrain from using these unprofessional individuals and in general not to use recruitment agencies because they are only being used because companies have time constraints preventing them from devoting enough time and resources to recruitment. I receive emails and calls from these individuals regarding a broad range of roles for which I am sometimes not even qualified .I am surprised any company would contemplate using someone who does not understand what a role entails and trust them to recruit the best candidate for that role.
I received a call from one of the recruiters named Emma. She had invited me in to see her the following day as I had applied for a role. I was then called in to interview with the company. Before the interview she told me to keep her updated on how it all went which I did each and every time. I explained to her my thoughts and was then told to come back for a second interview. The following week I was offered a position somewhere else, and explained to Emma I had a couple of days to accept the offer, and wanted to find out whether or not I had been successful (as I was still indecisive about the other role) what the feedback outcome was overall, and just a courtesy call to find out the stages of where i was at. When I told her I had been offered the job elsewhere, she then went through the Glassdoor reviews of the company with me over the phone to make me strongly consider the role she was recruiting for. After not having any communication from her - after several attempts of trying to contact her, I explained to her that I'd accepted the job. She didn't even bother to call me to give me a final update on the outcome. I later then realised, that they only call you persistently when it means they are getting something out of it, otherwise they don't want to know. Show a little respect and dignity to those people that are seeking employment, and actually be consistent and courteous all the way through. It's not easy as it is for people trying to find employment, and companies like this give recruiters a really bad name, it's a shame really.
