Pretty mediocre for the price. We didn't do the Hibachi, we got several sushi rolls, including the Sweet Potato Roll which was dry as a bone, the Shrimp Tempura rolls were actually excellent, and the a special roll with some Spicy tuna that just seemed off. House Udon was JUST alright but the chicken was odd, and I've had much better for half the price. While there was nothing really WRONG with the meal, if you're gonna charge top dollar for everything, it better be as good or BETTER than the competition. Also, the service sucked, and our waitress acted bothered by having to take care of us. Took forever to get plates and utensils, the appetizer actually came before the napkins or utensils and the table was clearly not wiped down beforehand. I can name 5 other places where the rolls are actually better, and the price would have only been a fraction of what we were charged. Bottom line: Expensive place, noise from the Hibachi room is deafening, and you can literally get the same quality food without the attitude, from several other places in eastern CT.

Good prices, awesome selection of hard to find fishes, and amazing experience! Had a really good time and everyone in the group thoroughly enjoyed themselves!!!

Quick service, very polite staff, diverse menu, and the sushi tasted very fresh.

Four of us decided to stop here for dinner on a Saturday night. We got there and sat down on the patio, having our server introduce herself just at sunset (4:46pm). 30 minutes later we received our appetizers. 45 minutes after one of us received their entree. Another FORTY FIVE minutes later the remaining 3 entrees were placed in front of us, cold and overcooked. The server checked in on us one singular time in the 2 hours we were waiting for our food. We asked for to go boxes and asked for the check. After explaining the situation to management we were charged the $161 for the cold unappetizing meals. Disappointed and hungry we agreed to never consider the place again. Sure, maybe it was a bad night. But why were 3 other tables seated and fed before we got a single entree, being the first table seated on the patio that night. Food would've been delicious if served hot and on time so consider the McDonald's down the street before this place.

Ahhh yes! Now I know why this place has good reviews. I d definitely go back if I happen to be in the area again. We were leaving the casino back to Hartford area and I happened to find this hidden gem. We ordered a couple appetizers and the chicken and steak hibachi dinner. I loved their fried rice & noodles

Great service. The people working there are amazing, very attentive, and caring. We made a reservation and they were running behind like an hour or so due to the customers. But the manager and the workers compensated on that by giving us 20% off our tab and first round of drinks on them. They were amazing. When I asked one of the workers what was the hold up, she went and checked up on that for me and kept us informed of what was going on. Oh and the food was great!

Ive been coming here for years and the staff are great and friendly but every time I order pickup on a busy night I wait way to long. I watched a bag come out and sit there without getting called for an hour after my pickup time and lo and behold it was mine. What a joke. One of my favorite places with good food but wow do they need to step up on service.

Hand down the best place to get sushi in South East CT!

The sushi is very high quality and the drinks are a reasonable price. Japanese beer and saki are always available which is cool for people looking for a more Japanese experience. Great staff and a very personable bartender. 10/10 would recommend
