I've never felt pushed, only supported by Axel. I really love that he and his team personally know me. If I pass him on the street, he knows me, and my children. When I recently had a claim, his team helped me through the process to ensure everything went smoothly. I would recommend anyone to him. If you don't feel like you know exactly how you are covered and just want to better understand, he and his staff will patiently teach you. There is good reason why Axel Is My Agent!

I ve had State Farm insurance for a long time. Adding a youthful driver onto your policy is a little scary especially with the young driver rates. When I added my first child, Axel s office quoted so many different ways with different deductibles and providing me with the maximum amount of discounts he would qualify for. I loved the way his office worked with me and had my us come into his office and explain every little detail. Now with my second youthful driver, I m sure I ll be getting that same treatment.
As I started my adult journey, I had to find a renters policy and life policy that worked and was easy to do. I'm glad I heard about Axel's office, because his office and agent member Lisa has helped make it easy. They are everything anyone can ask for. If I have any concerns about anything, I know they will be there. When I was looking into my polices, Lisa helped so much, she took time to actually talk to me and explain certain things. A fine tuned machine of an operation. Axel and his staff are always professional, very fast to respond to any calls/emails/etc., and I've never had to follow up on anything. They are proactive and get it right the first time. Axel operates with integrity. If he thinks he has a solution, he'll tell you. If he doesn't think he has one, he'll tell you that too. He and his staff also make it a point to provide service with a personal touch. Highly recommend Axel.

I recently bought a car through Carvana and ended up swapping it out after just a couple of days. The team here made it really easy to change my policy over, and have been great at scheduling changes so my insurance will update on the day my car is delivered. It's made a somewhat stressful process of buying a car online feel easier.
My only critique is that their phone line is frequently busy, so getting help over the phone is more challenging. EDIT: But seeing the agencies response below definitely makes this a 5 star review for me!
Anytime I reach out to Axel s office I always get a quick and friendly response. Axel is great at taking time when I have questions and really breaking it down so I can understand what I m buying and how I m protected. He has been very supportive through several life events, like moving into our first home (which I wasn t sure I could afford as a single mom, but he helped me see how I could), adjusting our insurance after getting married and talking to my oldest son when he started driving. Axel s office is an excellent home town option that will make you feel at home like you re part of a family.
