Quality is fine, but they kept sending different people to groom our dog, and they also came at random times (we had a window set of about 2 hours, but they often came several hours earlier or later than those times.) Our regular guy was terrific, but then they started sending other people, and our dog was pretty freaked by it.
Eddie and staff are wonderful. Always professional and upbeat. I take my Maine Coon and they do a wonderful job. The store is always very neat and clean. My cat smells great whe they finish. The prices are very reasonable for all the effort they put into the grooming of my cat. I have used both the Mobile Grooming and the Walk IN To Store grooming.

Did not show up for a scheduled appointment. I scheduled the first appointment of the day and was told the groomer would arrive between 8-9am. When nobody showed up by 9:05 I called the office and was told "They should be there soon". I called again at 9:30 and was told "Both the groomer and the owner of the business could not be reached". I got a call back from the office at 9:45 telling me it was going to be much longer and that they could not give me an estimated arrival time. I cancelled. Huge waste of my time. I will never use them again.
Great place! Friendly, fast and professional! We took our golden there and she loved it, she was comfortable and happy both when I dropped her off and picked her up. Town and Country did a fantastic grooming job! Thanks
Used them for the first and last time. Not happy on many fronts.
1. When made appt, I asked them to use a hypoallergenic shampoo on my dog -who has yeast problems,THEY DIDN'T.
2. I asked the groomer Trent to be more gentle with my senior dog, he was very rough. Studpidly, I tipped him $20!!
3. The groomer was supposed to trim my dogs nails -he barely did -2 days later my dig was sliding on the floor cuz his nails were too long.
4. I called the office to speak with someone about my issues. The gentleman who I spoke with was very nice and said he would call back. He never did. I called again and he said he would send someone back over to trim my dogs nail. He never sent anyone nor did he call back.
5. When I called and left a message last night for someone to call me back, or I would write a review, they didn't bother to call back today. Pretty bad customer service and guess they just don;t care. A big fat disappointment. Even though I was trying to use a service that was convenient like a mobile groomer, I am going back to HEALTHY SPOT who has always been wonderful!!!!!!
I've used both the mobile and in-salon grooming and they have done an excellent job all times on my cocker spaniel.
The owner, groomers, and staff have always been super-friendly and accommodating. The groomers have been great on the cut, bath, and drying, as well as nails, ear cleaning and a-gland expressing.
I do not prefer the standard breed cut for my dog, and the groomers listen and continually give me the cut I desire which are Uggs (or Bell Bottoms) on my dog's legs.
Try them out, it's worth it! Prices are very good.
