Only reason there are 4 stars is because we went in the offseason/ nothing in bloom and statues covered for protection (can't blame them there!)! Lol... greenhouses were full or gorgeous blooms, the the lemons were ridiculously huge! Trails were beautiful, though I wish they charged less in the dead of off season, after winter displays and before anything blooms... I loved the displays we could see (info on trails, etc.) can't wait to go back when statues are uncovered. The view of Wachusett Reservoir and mountain was gorgeous from the overlook. Definitely recommend the trails and sorry to anyone who missed the "Wild Rumpus" display as it was my favorite.

4 stars for the Light Festival, but cool enough to be 5. Hopefully up to a 5th star when I visit this place again during the flourishing warmer garden months. Cool place, nice atmosphere, but didn't get a chance to visit the shop or see gardens yet. Will update for the business's sake in the future.. but nothing bad to say. Recommendation though: Should probably put a couple visible garbage cans on the loop for ppl that purchased drinks and snacks to ensure the grounds stay tidy. :)

We had a great time at the garden today. It was for a field trip for my son. The staff was very nice. They were pretty informative. I actually enjoy this place better in the Winter for the light festival. That is fantastic! They have hot chocolate tons of lights and even some Bailey's you can buy for adults. In the Spring it was nice to. There a lots of paths to walk on and very pretty flowers.

First time visit and we were pleased. Not crowded and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Tried the cafe and was quite pleased with local food sourcing. Some organics were available and we were very pleased. Nice atmosphere and great tasting fresh food. Will be back soon.Nice walking trails. Didn't see as many flowers as I thought I would, but still lovely greenery.

We went during Christmas to see the lights which was not impressive. The only lights that stood out were the outdoor walkway arch that was decorated with colorful lights. When you walk through it, you are on a dirt path with barely any decorations. The inside garden and decorations was much better. They had some refreshments, hot chocolate, coffee, apple cider doughnuts and more. There was only one fire pit which was small and sat maybe 8. Poor guy, Jared manning the pit was cold and given no hot drink.
Maybe I will revisit during another season.

I gave us five stars because they have very nice walking past that you can bring your dogs . There were several way stations and watering stations throughout the path. $7 per dog unless you are a member. It was well worth it for me and my two dogs to spend the afternoon there. I don't know if this is because it was June there were not a lot of flowering plants. I am sure by Spring there will be more flowering plants.

Tower Hill is beautiful, not matter what time if day it year you attend. They are often showcasing new exhibits, the staff are knowledgeable and the views are amazing. I can't wait to come back. Lots if parking and so much to see. There are quite a little if functions that take place here as well. Their winter reimagined is very good.

Tower Hill is a gem for all seasons. The gardens have been intelligently designed and are well maintained. The buildings - especially the Limonaia and Orangerie - sparkle year round. And, while most gardens go dormant in October, Tower Hill is a winter retreat both indoors and out. There are a continuing stream of horticultural shows and displays in addition to the delight of the indoor winter gardens. In Michelin parlance, it is worth a detour!

For a botanical garden, it has a lot of potential but not spectacular. It lacks variety exoticness. The place is well maintained and has beautiful areas. It seems more centered as a venue than a place of wonder for botanicals.

The trails are peaceful but have random themed statues and structures here and there. The moss steps are nice. The other stuff, just stuff laying around in my opinion.

As others have said, the staff are very nice and concerned with you enjoying your experience.

Will have to go back in the fall to see the many varieties of apples.

Beautiful moments! But feels less and less non-profit as the years go by....membership has few useful privileges (except for the discount) over someone who buys a one time ticket. Access hours are limiting.

No matter what time of year, its always nice to walk around and take pictures. They keep greenhouses indoors so you can look at the tropical plants in the winter aswell. There is a lot of art, and if you walk around in the woods there are many statues.
I love going here on dates with my boyfriend, and this place also does weddings!
