We called AAA on 07/30/2020 at 4 pm , they showed up at 08:28 , they didn't give us an ETA , they didn't tell us it would be $9 per mile till the driver showed up , I have nothing bad to say about the driver MR Jackson he was great , am calling AAA , don't use this company , they will lie and lie so you don't get another tow company.

Do NOT use this company. Their drivers run people off the road in the middle of the night and then try to destroy their vehicles when pursued for a license plate number. They also send threatening text messages when confronted and will threaten to shoot you. Zero stars should be an option for this company.

Quickest and most efficient tow service I've used! ETA was 30 min, he made it there in 20 ..before I even made it there to meet him!. He had it on his truck and ready to drop off at the mechanics then expertly backed it up into a stall. Will definitely be keeping them for future services and referrals

WORST!! Service ever guy took an hour longer than the ETA. He was rude didn't give any good service, next time AAA don't give me this company because they're very unprofessional and the guy doesn't update where's he at or answers his phone!

I am thankful to say i had a good experience and no issues. This tow was cheaper than other places I called. I only had to wait about 35min.

Dre was very professional, prompt and courteous! I called AAA at 7:25pm and he arrived at 8:20pm. The towing truck was very sleek and modern. This was truly a great towing experience! Although, I didn't receive any updates prior to his arrival, this was a job well done.

They were here in 30 minutes and got my vehicle towed to it s destination quickly. Driver was very polite and courteous! Great customer service!

IF i could give them a Zero believe me it would be infinity Zero; simple call to jump start a battery, guys is 2 hours late, no courtesy texts, does not even know how to test the battery properly, i guess stupidity and unhelpfulness are top priorities over at a tow for U; never give these guys your business, it is a complete waste of time, money and intelligence. Rude and low low low low low low low quality. You would be better just tyring to figure it out on your own and not calling them.

No regard for public safety what so ever. I saw and reported a truck that was blinding a line of cars & crossing lanes. Called dispatch to also report & was handled horribly. Would not recommend to anyone.

What's worse than being broken down on the side of the highway on a Saturday evening before labor day?
Having Bey, a driver for a tow 4 u being dispatched to your location. Having to be subjected to screaming angry hateful vile abuse, being hung up on as you attempt to give him your location. Being left on the side of the highway as he refused to render aid, being treated as an inconvenience as he turned away with his indifference thrown in the face of a 62 year old veteran. Whatever happens to him and the company he represents they have earned. Whatever loss of business this company receives is a plus for the community.
Come to think about it....having a tow 4 u touch my truck would have been worse than being left in his dust as Bey pulled away. Being left was much better than having to deal with the likes of him and his company. Too bad I can't give a zero star.

Hey owner of TOW 4U, You posted this lovely response to my review, however it appears like I am not the only one that has left a poor review. And you are right I did call AAA, but your company showed up and took the call and therefore you are the ones that provied the service not AAA; Dont worry I called AAA and complained to them and told them to drop you. I had all the facts I needed, it does not matter how many contractors were called, you responded and so you should provide professionial and excellent service. Maybe you should focus on your business a little more than being caddie on the internet when people tell the truth. FACTS! " I am contractor for AAA! You called AAA for service.Not my company!! You have no idea how many contractors AAA called to get you service Before we accepted your service call. To blast a company without all the FACTS, wow your mad at the wrong entity."

Hello I'm Anthony and I been using AAA for a while now...And when I need something they send out A TOW 4U..That's who they contract with.....they are VERY PERFESSIONAL,ON TIME,U CAN TRACK THE DRIVER,AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE...the area I live in which is the south dallas area...its a guy name WALTER..mr Walter is a good guy..everytime I call AAA they seem to send Walter maybe this his area or whatever but great guy always on time gets things done in a professional and timely manner,good conversation...As if we've been knowing each other for over 10yrs.....But great service and I always get the good guy...He's the guy for the job..Thanks mr.Walter...

125 a tow for a car lol. She tried to tel me it was more because my vehicle was damaged but it runs and drives okay the wheel is just damaged and makes a noise. after I explained this she just hung up on me. Rude and low quality service.

Driver, Craig came out to via the request of triple a and left without saying a word while trying to locate my AAA card. I had already been waiting for him over 2 hours. I reached out to AAA to let them know that he left and I didn t have my card within 5 min of him leaving. They contacted him to return and he told them it would be an hour bc he had to stop for gas. An hour has passed and he still isn t here. (They checked to see if he had gotten another call. He had not).I hope this company looks into this matter and not let it slide by. How ridiculous when our destination is less than a minute away but we re unable to drive with the vehicle in such bad conditions.

Update on his return:
Driver Craig stood behind my car without saying a word for a minute or so. I asked what he needed and he repeated my id, membership card, and lock key. I told him Aaa had updated my account so I wouldn t have to give the membership card but I had my id. He checked it, handed it back and said he needed the lock key. I asked what is a lock key and Craig just stood there without saying anything as if I was supposed to know. Finally after asking him 3-4 times he answered and said he couldn t tow me without it and it should be in my trunk. He got the lock key out, hooked it and stood by his truck. Then he shouted out, I m waiting on you . I asked what was he waiting on me for and he said to come put my car in neutral. I was in shock! No one had ever asked my to put my car in neutral before. I got in my car and put it in neutral while he pulled my car onto his truck. I HAD TO JUMP OFF THE SIDE OF A TOW TRUCK IN HEELS!!!! We then went the minute away to the tire shop and he he hollered out again, I m still waiting on you, you have to put the car in neutral again . I climbed onto his tow truck in heels and again put my car in neutral. Your company could have lost everything if I would have fell and broke something. This driver, Craig is putting your company at risk!!! Worst experience of my life to be treated that way! What he did was not normal, it shouldn t have happened! CRAIG NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!!!

I did call the company today and spoke with Wanda who provided great customer service. She explained that what the driver made me do is not a part of their procedure.

I recently joined AAA and have had to call for roadside assistance twice. Both times they contacted A Tow 4 U and both times they have sent their driver, Walter, out to help me and I couldn't be more pleased. Both times, Walter did more than I expected and even offered some helpful suggestions concerning issues I was having with battery life and engine knocks. To the owner/manager of A Tow 4U, hang on to Walter, he's a real asset to your company.
