I've worked in this specific facility and I believe the company has the ability to hide things and keep things private from people outside of the company itself. I've been told to stay quiet on certain subjects.

I still currently work here and if I had to describe the people in two words it would be they are compassionate and hardworking. I've never worked with a team that really worked with your availability and meant it. I also appreciate the help that surrounds you on a daily basis. Every person around you is willing to help and never have I felt alone. I also think the owners and leads work so hard! I love the kids too. They really bring meaning to my life. This is the first time I have worked with kids and it has been a great opportunity.
I recommend any students that would like experience/exposure to work with kids and especially as a social work student. As a social work student it can help give you exposure to resources that are available for families that have children with special needs.

I'm sure this place is great at what they do but I don't think the are very kind people. I was sort of lost and looking for and Adress that was similar to their Adress I politely ask the wonderful woman at the front desk if she could help me then out of nowhere some lady comes out of the back and starts questioning me about who I am and why I was there and stated to raise her voice at me and just jumped down my neck. Every disrespectful I just hope that nobody else gets treated like I was... Horrible Lady....

This a a wonderful group of people who know how to support individuals with special needs. They do so with grace and compassion. I'm a therapist who has the privilege of spending 1-2 hours per week at the facility and always feel welcome and in awe of their kindness and attention to detail.

Unkind and cruel. That s how I would describe the owners, they only care about maximizing profit and spending as little of the money that the state gives them and pocketing the rest. Overcrowded areas that suddenly aren t whenever a new potential member is being shown around the area, the attempt at using the clients to create pottery to then sell without giving them any of the profits, or how they try to sell their aquaponics set up as some sort of experience that the members can be a part of, but in truth is just the owners selfish pet project. I have seen Susan on numerous occasions clearly show irritation and outright rage to different client in a way that just didn t seem fair or professional as someone who is supposed to be looking out for and caring for them.

The owners and employees are very kind and professional. They care about their clients deeply and build relationships with each individual. There is a a huge backyard that has a lot of super fun things for everyone. I love this company and the people so very much! Amazing place!
