After initial meeting we chose not to list our property with them.

Although I cannot attest to the entirety of Touchstone Realty LLC, I can say one of their realtors is utterly incredible! Kirk Waldeck not only found our beautiful home but did so under less than ideal circumstances. Essentially, we transitioned from MI to WV, wherein we were in the process of selling our home in MI while searching for our new home in WV. However, the sale of our home in MI fell through right when we identified a perfect home here in WV. Much to our dismay, we unfortunately had to pass on our home here in WV. Once we secured funding, we continued our search with Kirk. We found a close second best home here in WV, which we placed an initial bid on, but then, at the last minute, the house we originally wanted but could not obtain came back on the market. Kirk was keen to our interest in this house and quickly moved to secure an offer on the home. We finally got our number one pick of a beautiful home. Kirk is patient with us, knowledgeable about the local areas, keen to understanding people's interest in houses and quite adapt to understanding the landscape. Without question, the best buying experience one could have. I'd recommend Kirk to anyone for buying, selling or even appraising a home.

I viewed a home with my fiance that we were both fond of and we decided to fill out an application for it. We waited weeks for a response, until finally the agent told me that they accepted another application and she just forgot to inform me. However the property is still currently listed (at least a week later) with a higher rent. I asked about another property that was also listed and the agent yet again has yet to respond to my emails and texts. I wish that I didn't have to give them a star at all because they certainly don't deserve any.
