Just thought I would mention that I have used Total Web Solutions for over 20 years for a variety of web and hosting services. They have always provided impeccable, customer friendly and totally responsive support. I think that's a first class recommendation!

I have had TotalWeb Solutions host my websites since the turn of the century and have never had any issues with their service. On the very rare occasions I have experienced downtime either with a website or with email, it has mostly been caused by a wider telecom network issue beyond their control.

Why after 10 years trading does this company have so many reviews only 4 months old from reviewers with only 1 review?

Our complaint to Totralweb Solutions Ltd has been outstanding now for 2 weeks without a single response. The director has even been included in the complaint!

Their API produces either no error and no failure email or exposes serious underlying code issues "Code Exception: Invalid access to memory location."

They're unable to provide evidence of transactions through their API, and when pushed they can't provide a log of emails that were supposed to be generated.

They can't (or will not!) explain why the expiry date on domains in their whois shows several years of renewals while the root registry only shows 1 year renewal.

Totalregistrations have had ample opportunity to resolve this but they just aren't interested.

TotalWeb and our key man Simon lowe have been a pleasure to deal with as we've grown our companies. On the ball and very knowledgeable, I'd highly recommend them.

In particular the support they give to their services is exceptional.

We have been a customer of Total Web for about 15 years. We process all our card payments through their Virtual Terminal. They are so helpful, friendly and certainly go the extra mile to sort out any issues we ever have. We recently wanted to set up a mobile E Com solution to take card details through our web site and Simon sorted the whole thing, including corresponding with our web developer, so that I didn't have to get involved and get confused.

Support is always rapid, the control panel is simple to use and loads quickly and TWS is very cheap as a processor in comparison to Sage etc. Would highly recommend!
