@Tandrea - First of all, a "ratchet" is a tool. You attach a socket to a "ratchet" to aid in removing bolts. I believe the term you were looking for is "wretched" which means, poor quality. Here's an example: Your review was quite wretched. Finally, the term "unprofessionalism" does not require a hyphen. Now that we have taken apart your "opinion" that you posted in place of a "review", we can continue...

It's a cool place to work, if you don't mind actually working. Like any job, there are rules to follow. So long as you follow these rules, you will be fine. If you fail to follow the rules, you may end up posting a Google review, and using the term "ratchet" in the wrong context.

I have been with the company almost 5 years now. I have seen it grow and blossom. My time here has become increasingly more pleasurable and I enjoy seeing its growth. It is a great place to work and the management exceed my expectations for professionalism as well as concern for employees.

Unprofessional, unpolished, and immensely unmanaged. This company will hire you immediately for the typical customer service call center positions especially if your skills are up to par, sometimes for big clients if client decides to use them for an outsource center but don't be fooled as it is nothing more than an extremely temporary means to an end. Hiring without telling the employees positions are only lasting a few months, losing clients (which then equals employees jobs) because not enough staff hired and qualified leaders to train new hires property to exceed production levels at client requirements, facilities are down right trashy and nasty and uncleaned and worst of all no new hire packages ready on Day 1,2, 0r 3. Other than giving you your dd info which is easy, did not receive any of the new hire tools to be successful. I worked there for about a week in September because they (probably not anyone's first choice) around hired immediately due to my experience and education and when your on the market you'll take something until you get something better and luckily for me a Lenovo inside sales opp from an August interview came through, but thats God, i digress. But along with what I've already stated (Hr lady gave me wrong time to report to work first day, did not receive a badge to check in for work, login credentials to clockin etc, training materials to began learning of the company I was servicing for, and to top it off managers and supervisors telling me to be outside the side door at designated work schedule time to get in in the AM and not even there themselves. Long story short the off-site Client looked at my time for me being a new hire got on them probably threatened to remove project and the decided to put it on me. Thinking of taking action just to be in good standing with head company for future opportunities, but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TOS ESPECIALLY WITH CURRENT LEADERSHIP!! WAISTE OF YOUR TIME OTHER THAN A QUICK HUSTLE!! THEY WILL HUSTLE YOU IF THEIR BACKS AGAINST THE WALL FOR NOT DOING THEIR JOBS (Wish I could name names) but be safe with this job and know the difference btwn real job and temp gig. TOS=TEMP GIG.
