I closed my account just like everyone else and they are still pulling money out of my bank account they were ok till i came to close my account. we switched because of high fees would not recommend them to anybody
I I could Give these Total Merchant Services A Minus 5 I would . they are thieves they keep taking money out of my account after I closed it . They Took me for $400
And do not answer the phone when I call. Stay Away!!!!!!
By far the worse company I have ever conducted business with. I am currently in the process of closing out my business account with them. Every year its the same situation, by law I have to get my 1099ks posted marked by the last day of the month in January. Every other company I do business with usually gets the documentation to me by mid January. Total Merchant Services waits till the last day of the month to send theirs out....causing me to be out of compliance. My 1099ks are to be posted marked by last day of January as well. Not one individual within the entire company has the ability to understand my situation. They give every excuse and refuse to give me the information I need. No one person I have spoken to can give me the end of the year totals that will be on my 1099ks, cant access them online. On top of that, my clients have been charged twice on their credit card sales, we constantly get communication error messages. I do not recommend doing business with this company. It is impossible to have a conversation with an educated, informed employee.
Worst company I have ever worked for in my life. The management is horrible. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ..They rip off customers and employees left and right. When you clock in after ur break the computer will clock you in a few minutes later..pleanty of people have recorded this.. They have used this to fire employees to prevent them from getting a raise...They usually try to get rid of people within a year.... Surprisingly idn how this company isn't out of business. Many law suits may be in the process toward this company. CANT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU....
I would give TMS negative star if I can. When you sign up with them they get you by advertising lower prices and free terminal. Once you sign up, they get you by charging you additional processing and account fees that's not mentioned when you sign up. When I discontinued their service and returned terminal as asked, 1 year later I got a notice from a collection agency that TMS has put my business in collection as they received terminal 2 days late and they dont want it anymore. They are trying to collect $300 through collection agency now. I will need to go through the hassle of fighting this dispute when they have already received the terminal. Beware of this business and stay away from them if you can.
These reviews are all correct. This company is a scam, they charge for equipment that you don't have and then try to sneak charges for insurance on the equipment that you don't have. When you try to get a supervisor on the phone, no one is EVER available since this is part of their scam. They are indeed total CROOKS and know exactly what they are doing.
I have been with this company for many years. After a couple of years the fees kept increasing. I finally closed the account due to high fees. Their last gift to me was to charge me even higher fees. I recommend not going with this company, unless you like to through your money away.
Took out the middle man and then upped charges. Help setting things up properly, good luck. Go elsewhere.
Don't use these CROOKS! First of all WE had an account for over 7 years we never had a problem until 2016 and 2017. This company charged us for 2 machines for over a year 1/2 PLUS some other fake fee's then we try to get OUR money back and response from them is only a 3 month refund can be issued we spoke to many supervisors finally we reached out to Better Business Bureau wrote a complaint also wrote to the feds reporting Wells Fargo, Total Merchants, and Money Tree. Next they turned our machines off without notice so we didn't have a new merchant in place yet cost us money for a few days until we could run cards again with a new merchant.. We still never got the $1400.00 reimbursed to us. They must of got n
ew management or they changed hands because never before did they ever rip us off like this. RUN BEWARE DON'T DO IT FIND A MERCHANT WHO PUTS THE CUSTOMER FIRST AND WON'T RIP YOU OFF!
This company is fair until it comes to closing your account. I confirmed no outstanding balance or contract to fulfill. A year after they sent me to collections without sending any bill or notice or email or anything. Do business with anyone else and have a better experience.
