This company will have you work thousand of hours but when its pay time to get paid they will ignore you. This company needs to be shut down for fraud I will be filing a lawsuit today against this company for not paying for hours which equals over $43,000 dollars.

The staff, managers, and employees are wonderful. They are pleasant to work with. With new owners, there is more interaction with upper management and employees than ever before. Chris Bonavita has made TMC a more enjoyable place to work.
Trained for two days then worked here for a week, and was furloughed the Monday after Thanksgiving. Only received pay for the training days (via payroll gift card). Doubtful rest will ever come as it's been 3+ months.
They treat employees like children, and provide pizza parties when pay gets delayed.
If you were smart you would stay away from this place. They don t care about their employees. They can t pay them but they will buy pizza for the company. It s only a matter of time till they go out of business.
The bad reviews are correct I worked here for a year the only thing keeping me from not quitting the job is the promise of a weekly pay check other than that this is the worst company on earth. TMC has several different programs. I worked for Sirius xm(kipany). Sirius pulled their contract with TMC due to the president of TMC telling our company not to have contact with kipany(Sirius xm) for what reason we have no clue. Long story short left my job at 7pm on a Saturday got a call from my boss at 10pm that the program was cancelled and none of had jobs. From that point TMC has NOT reached out to me or anyone regarding there pay or PTO that was accrued in fact they are ghosting. NEVER WORK HERE.
TMC has had some tough times in the past but the past 7 months have been better than ever. Employees are paid weekly, we have a flexible schedules, food trucks on site daily and we are under new leadership. I encourage you to give us a try and see for yourself!
With old reviews and bad reputation, I still gave TMC a chance because from the moment I have started as an agent to the present being apart of my wonderful HR team. I can truly say this company is changing for the better. All of our managers and staff members are comforting, understanding, helpful, and just amazing. It was my first time being a customer service agent I was nervous, but I did it and both managers and agents were very helpful, I made some friends along the way even with career changes within the company, which I accepted. Being apart of the HR team and being shy I have been taught a lot as well as being out of my comfort zone. I m truly happy to be apart of the positive change and success with this company with more blessings to come. More things to get agents involve and stay connected with managers and staff.
