after moving back to Swanley after many years ,using bags and not w/bins we find the rubbish collection in the dark ages also it don,t take much for no collections,they have not moved on since 25 years ago ,come on sevenoaks spend some money ,and put more into recycling

The crew who do our local refuse removal deserve high praise indeed. Always on time, efficient and friendly with a smile on their faces too. Even if the weather is questionable they do their best. Thank you all so much.

No offence, but you really need to work on your payment system as it gave me a headache, with all that errors and repeating messages.

This morning I enquires about my housing application, which I ve had no communication about whatsoever. The woman I spoke to was very disgraceful! I was stressing the fact how am I supposed to know I need to send in certain evidences without them communicating with me? Then she said goodbye and hung up the phone. Highly rude and very unprofessional! You ll all be better trying to get housed under a different council

My refuse was not collected this morning so I rang the council and spoke to Brad who said he would get it sorted out. 2hrs later my rubbish had gone. What great customer service.

Tracy was excellent in finalising my account. Laura clarified this as the last payment. Very thorough and professional. Thank you very much.
