With old reviews and bad reputation, I still gave TMC a chance because from the moment I have started as an agent to the present being apart of my wonderful HR team. I can truly say this company is changing for the better. All of our managers and staff members are comforting, understanding, helpful, and just amazing. It was my first time being a customer service agent I was nervous, but I did it and both managers and agents were very helpful, I made some friends along the way even with career changes within the company, which I accepted. Being apart of the HR team and being shy I have been taught a lot as well as being out of my comfort zone. I m truly happy to be apart of the positive change and success with this company with more blessings to come. More things to get agents involve and stay connected with managers and staff. Thank you for being so great TMC!
