You can get help by phone at one time they took walk in but they no longer take walkin and they can't be reached by.i have tried sppe dialing they take call until 6pm still not successful,iam a senior in need of help,really sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so very glad this place exists they are very to try to help everyone they can whether it's the light bill with taxes they offer job assistance all types of help just give him a call and they will help you if they can I went the other day they help with me in my taxes free of charge I am so grateful for them.

They r not organized at all. Stand in line ALL day just to get skipped & jumped from being 1 of the 1st 40 people to be seen. When my case is an extremely emergency. U can NEVER speak to someone on the phone.

Called at time I was told to call kept getting the same message over and over ,no one picked up the phone.and they have two days you can call and time and no help what so ever just the cold message playing over and over, people need help not there time WASTED on messages.

Went and had my taxes done, I was an hour early, when a preparer was available she took me. I was not there that long. The staff is very friendly and professional.Your taxes is prepared FREE.

I've tried calling them to schedule an appointment for tax preparation for the last week and they just don't answer any of their phone line... and they have at least three. Will go in to set up my appointment, although I wanted to avoid taking two trips... makes you wonder what is the point of them having a phone system if they don't answer and they don't want you to leave a message
