Nice selection of quality shoes but clerk not real helpful

I was so happy with my experience here. They were really helpful helping me choose the shoes I was looking for and had me try on a few different sizes to make sure I had the perfect fit. I highly recommend them.

The folks at shoes and feet really know what they're talking about and are able to give you recommendations that will make your feet feel better. I never felt like I was pushed in the buying anything or that they were working on commission. They just really no shoes and feet and want to make them both happy. They have a plethora of super feet inserts which are great if you haven't put the bullet for custom orthotics. They also have great sales. So be sure to get on their mailing list so you'll know when to shop!

I've bought shoes here twice now, the older gentleman is so nice and I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of merrell shoes. One were merrell tall boots the other were merrell sneakers. I love them both and he is so helpful. Not one of those sales people that forces a sale down your throat which is so rare anymore!

Good service, good brands of comfortable work shoes, but very limited in styles on display. We were disappointed, if it your selection is not on the sales floor display, your color choice or style is not in the back stock. Staff offered to get our chosen color and style shipped to us, but that wasn't an option on this shopping trip. Maybe next trip.

The best place to get shoes if you suffer from foot pain. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable.

If you need quality shoes that are truly comfortable and fit properly total comfort shoes is the way to go. I had previously gone to the store near the easton mall and when they closed that location I recently drove almost an hour to the Polaris location, that is how impressed I have been with this business. I have had issues finding shoes that fit my high instep and larger size foot but at total comfort they take the time to measure you, show you the best options for your type foot and just provide excellent customer service and attention to detail. I was just in on Friday 6/26 and with Mike's help left with 2 pairs of shoes. He took time to help to find what I was looking for and went above and beyond. I come for the shoes but stay for the customer service.

I stopped in to try on a pair of vibram five finger shoes and the sales clerk was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Best shoe shopping experience I've ever had. I was shopping for slip-resistant work shoes that still look dressy and formal and Tim was an amazing associate. He explained all of my options honestly and didn't try to upsell me anything I wouldn't need.

In the store, they have an electronic device that checks what the best insoles for your particular feet would be, and the store carries these special insoles that slip easily into the shoes you want. Prices were fairly reasonable for what you're buying and not marked up tremendously high or anything. Great little shop hidden in the corner of Polaris mall; I will definitely be back!

A small store with an excellent collection and very good helping hands

Their return policy may as well be nonexistent. And ironically I purchased what turned out to be the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I've ever walked in.

This is a great store for full grown people that need real shoes. Retail prices but top brands and good service. The sales people can answer actual questions about the products they carry. Refreshing! They also carry a good brand of orthotics if you need them.

I have a hard time finding the brand I like (Olukai), and this is one of the few places that reliably stocks them. They have a decent selection even if smaller than some of the sportier shoe stores.

Nice little shoe store. Very relaxing atmosphere, awesome staff without the pushy sales. Prices were fair and they even have rewards program.
