We lost our booster pump to the freeze. Once Richards was able to find the correct size, Jose came out and replaced the leaking one. There was a mix up with the pump size but Paula quickly resolved the issue. Jose R. is great! Very knowledgeable and helpful...especially helping me set up the Pentair app. Gave us his number in case we had any other questions or needed additional help. Pool is fully back up running. Looking forward to a relaxing summer poolside!

Thanks Paula and Josh for taking care of us post freeze! Got us up and circulating shortly after the freeze, and all put back together once a heater was available. Appreciate the responsiveness and attention to detail on the install. Thanks again!!

Great customer service. Had an issue with a new build pool, Richard s made it right and Jonathan A., specifically went above and beyond to ensure the pool didn t overflow while we were out of town, stopping by TWICE in the middle of the night to check on the water levels. Thank you Jonathan A. for all your effort!!!

WOW - is the best way to describe the best work in...

WOW - is the best way to describe the best work in town. Richards build our pool but we needed to have some tile in the hot tub and spillway replaced. Kristen with the Renovations Team went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service. She is thorough, professional, and above all caring. Kristen provided the most unbelievable contractor for the tile. His team was meticulous and the craftmanship is flawless. I couldn't be happier!

The people who came to do the install and electrical...AMAZING! I was highly pleased and would give that crew 20 stars if I could! Ricardo and Bryan were SO knowledgeable, courteous, NICE & went ABOVE & beyond in my eyes! The quality of the hot tub we invested in, also great! I can't say enough great things about Stacy Ward and the team in operations developed through him! They made all the "frustrating" items in my eyes disappear and ensure I was highly satisfied even AFTER the sale was complete. GUYS - BUY FROM HERE if you want top notch service!

Started my process almost 6 months ago and still nothing has been done. I m so numb over the fact that we picked Richards Pools. Save you some time and look elsewhere. They are full of excuses and other than the project manager nobody has reached out. I have no idea how they even have the rating of 4.8. I ll keep posting our NO PROGRESS WITH RICHARDS

This is our second time using Richard's Total Back...

This is our second time using Richard's Total Backyard Solutions and also the second time we had Jose Zepeda as project manager. We ran into a couple of snags with the decking and scheduling of the start up for the pool heater but, nothing Jose wasn't able to take care of. The job was complete within a month and my family has been able to enjoy our custom made pool! We highly recommend using them

I was extremely surprised to see the positive reviews after the experience we have had. We have had several issues with the construction of our pool the biggest one being lack of communication and follow through. We started working on design and everything in July. Dig did not get started until December and probably wouldn t have even then if we did not follow up. Supposed to be a 6-8 week project that is still not complete. It felt like we had to manage our own project constantly having to follow up on open items and even then the response back is so difficult to get. We still have leaking equipment that we don t know when it is supposed to be fixed. We also were told about pool school to learn to use the equipment and maintain. I have asked multiple times what this is and when we can do it. I finally called the main number today to ask about it and I was told the next one is not until May 15th. That s a month and a half away to be able to understand how everything works, it s unacceptable. I got transferred to someone who was supposed to get someone out this weekend to help us and she said she would call me back today but of course no call. This is really disappointing that this is how Richards does business. I don t think our requests on status updates have been unreasonable, it has become very frustrating.
