Kyle at PM Siding in Cleveland, Ohio just left my home.
This was my second experience with Kyle handling my home repairs.
I can't possibly find the words to describe the skill, professionalism and work ethic that he possesses.
He has been courteous, overly punctual and most compassionate in my time of needed emergency repairs.
I highly endorse Kyle and this company.
In this day and age, where elderly need to be cautious about who we hire, he is a expert indeed.

The BBB office protocal is as bad as the business I was calling to complain about(GORJANC). Nobody answers the phone, and you have to talk to a recording machine. When you leave a message nobody returns your call.

The receptionist was very helpful. She helped us get the needed papers to launch our concern first. Then Ms. Cheryl he led us launch the concern and gave us other avenues to resolve our situation. The concern was handled within minutes of launching our concern and resolved in hours. Wow they work fast! Thanks so much for having this service

Great organization run and operated by great and positive people with a genuine desire to help others.

This is a sham company that has received multiple complaints. There is no step allowing you to review your items. I called 5 minutes after the order was placed and they refused to cancel the order. They also do not mention and automatic monthly charge , I spoke with 3 supervisors who responded with "I cant cancel your order" "I cant cancel the monthly withdrawel until Jan 1 2021. I did call the BBB who took the information and will get back to me,. DONT EVER GIVE OUT DEBIT CARD NUMBERS; your bank cannot issue a stop payment on any kind of "pending" transactions,The one star was generous. I would rate it zero.

Same thing happened to my bbb complaint, it just disappeared not once but 3 times and the company had 0 complaints if you rechecked. What's is the point of BBB????, it is just a false sense that your dealing with a reputable company. I laugh when they say to check there bbb record, what a joke and a waste of time. WHY WOULD I WASTE MY TIME CALLING YOU, THE BBB, TO COMPLAIN THAT THE BBB DID NOT SETTLE A COMPLAINT ABOUT A COMPLAINT THAT YOU DIDN'T AND COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE FIRST 3 TIMES I FILED A COMPLAINT. Do businesses pay tbe BBB to be accredited with the BBB logo? That should explain it all, follow the money!!!!

We had a pool installed by Paradise Fiberglass Pools and were very pleased with the pool installation. Bob Thompson was a great communicator through out the entire project and delivered us a wonderful pool.

BBB IS THE BEST PLACE TO SOLVE YOUR ISSUES WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A BUSINESS. THEY ACTUALLY FROM MY EXPERIENCE GET THE JOB DONE WELL.

Here's what I learned from this BBB: no matter what you do, don't ever file a complaint about any business, but if you do, and the business responds without showing good-faith effort, don't you dare say anything about it to this BBB because they'll manufacture a red-herring excuse to make your complaint disappear like it never happened they'll remove it from their website (after posting it there themselves), they'll scrub any trace of its ever having been filed, and they'll return the company's grade back to an A+ from an A-. And then, if you leave a negative Google review for this BBB, they'll try to discredit you by leaving a reply here saying they don't have any record of your complaint in their system. Brilliant.
