I have had a professional relationship with Total Access & Mobility for nearly 20 years. Their knowledge of product is second to none. Their attention to installation and service is both professional and compassionate. They recognize and respect the needs of the mobility impaired.

Excellent service !! My aunt chair decides to work when it wants. I called after hours and Courtney came out the next day and services it! She ensured us that if it malfunctions again (even though it shouldn t because she made sure EVERYTHING was up and running before leaving) that she s always a call away. Thank you total access!! My aunt is very pleased with the services.

A TOTAL REGRET IS MORE LIKE IT. FROM START TO FINISH IT WAS ONE ISSUE AFTER ANOTHER WITH OUR ELEVATOR INSTALL. TOTAL LIARS. THEY LIED BY SHIFTING BLAME ONTO THE MANUFACTURER FOR THE DELAYS WHEN IN FACT THE MANUFACTURER WAS WAITING FOR THE FUNDS THAT TOTAL ACCESS HAD RECEIVED LONG BEFORE YET HADN'T SENT TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE BY SENDING INSTALLERS WHO HAD LITTLE TO NO EXPERIENCE CAUSING EVEN MORE DELAYS. TOTAL NONSENSE ABOUT SUMS IT UP. THE ONLY REASON I DIDN'T CONTACT THE BBB TO FILE A COMPLAINT IS BECAUSE I JUST WANTED TO PUT THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BEHIND ME. I'M WRITING THIS REVIEW TO WARN OTHERS OF THIS COMPANY THAT'S A TOTAL MESS. THEIR DEFENSIVE REPLY ON HERE TO THE MANY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS SPEAKS VOLUMES.

I have called for two days ... my grandmother's chair works when it wants to. We left messages and still no call back. How are elderly or disabled people suppose to rely on a company that won't call back. And she has a contract with them. Not a reliable source...

The young lady that came to my home in West Philadelphia was amazing. From me greeting her at my door or finishing my job her customer service was exceptional. I m very pleased with this company and I will always use them in the future. I wish I would have remembered her name but she has locs in her hair. Thank you.

Toral Access is horrible! My elevator stopped working last night. They have an on call department. My husband called four times without a response. I'm so sick of this company. I am stuck on the top floor. I have small children to take care of. I am about to call the news station!! So fed up!

The young lady was very knowledgeable about the install of my chair. She was quick, on time and didn't make much of a mess. Clean up after herself and instructed me on how to work it properly. Thank you total access for having her come out. I will always request her if anything should malfunction on my lift.

Excellent service! My aunt chair hasn t been working and I scheduled an appointment for it to be serviced. Courtney came out on time and made sure everything was working fine before leaving. She is now able to use her chair without problems.

HORRIBLE company no follow up. The higher up you go the worse the customer service skills are!

Not happy. Poor customer service. takes forever to get a service call. Unit is down more then it works.

Excellent experience!!! The men were very professional and knew their product. They made sure we were comfortable using the stair lift before they left!!
Our friends have had excellent service experiences also. They will come out for service immediately!! One of our best investments every!!!

We seem to be having trouble with Total Access in servicing our elevator. More later as we progress.

Been trying to get Total Access to come out and repair our chair lift. both my parents use it in a DAILY basis. We relayed this to Total Access, they didn't seem to care and told us we still had to wait because they don't like servicing one place in an area. They said they would call back multiple times and never did, and I was on hold for 15 minutes before anyone picked up and they were rude when they did.
