I saw an outfit on the display and went in to have a look even though I was short on time. . The staff was so friendly and took the time to explain the outfit and the model who was wearing it and all the pieces from that collection. . She even showed the different dresses from the collection. . I definitely recommend this store! I wish I had asked the name of the shop assistant

I became a customer of the Tory Burch boutique in Milan a few months after it opened. Since then every time I go to Milan I go there and normally I find something I like. The staff in these years has always been exquisite, competent and professional. I came back today, after a few months, and found a totally different situation. The orders appear listless, slow in service and not very smiling. Maybe something I liked in the store may have been there, but the desire to buy has passed away. Attention, the product is important, but at certain levels the service is equally !!! Jade
