I was very pleased with the service I received with Torro. Each person was very nice, professional, and willing to help in any way they could. I would definitely recommend them.

Do not provide any information, they don t follow up with you during the process also you are going to continued receiving emails asking for the same documents to funding your business which is not true... I never had a bad experience with products like Torro and honestly I strongly suggest to look for a different company, at least one that work to obtain your business, Torro is terrible.. there s no option to leave 0 stars that s why I left one..

Great company that truly cares about meeting their clients needs

Received a call from Devon about a potential application. When told not interested the person who both called and texted got very rude and snarky. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. He was completely unprofessional and demeaning during the conversation. When asked to not call back he just laughed.

So as a small business owner I get the need for creative marketing. But this SPAM solicitor is in another category. They are constantly spamming me with emails that I never signed up for. I don't even know who they are. I try to unsubscribe but the link doesn't work. They are obviously a bunch of telemarketers trying to find a new way to a quick buck. Super unprofessional and insane amount of spam emails. I wish I could just get them to leave my business alone already!!!

The people are Torro are life-savers. These guys made it easy for me to get the funds needed to start up my non-profit business. I don't have time to shop around and read the fine print but they were able to do this for me, saving me a ton of time and money. Would recommend them to anyone who struggles finding a business loan!

Very thankfull for Joshua Morales, when he jumped in into our situation and helped to get our business funded within 72 hours, at the most need time. The process is easy enough and customer support is responsive within a few minutes!

Stay away . Please find a trust worthy sba lender. They have a bbb page but my experience doesn t not let me trust any good news from these people .

Scam company, stay away, they are controlling the reviews and left me and my wife with nothing after 2.5 weeks of speaking with Kaden. Buyer beware!

Don't use them!! I took a credit hit dealing with them.they don't return phone calls and very misleading.now im trying to remove inquiries from my report after they couldn't get me approved.im very dissapointed! Started with a 685 and now suffering with 619 with excellent pay history! That's BULL!!!!

A great resource to leverage. Could not have had the same success doing all the work myself.
