During the purchase Justin warned us than the battery was low but could make some months and if we encountered problems we just need to call him and he will replace the battery. 1 month after the battery flat and like promise Justin change without difficulty the battery by a new. I really appreciated than he kept his words.

I had a very bad customer service experience at Toronto Honda. Even after the telephonic conversation and go ahead the salesperson didn't treat us like a valued customer. Offered us chairs and after waiting for more than 5 minutes told us to leave his chairs rudely because he has some other clients and asked us to wait another half hour. Felt insulted and humiliated. Left the dealership without buying a Honda civic. Bought my 1st CR-V 3 years ago from this dealership but the salesperson ruined everything this time and lost the business.

We bought our first vehicle in Canada from Toronto Honda and really appreciate all the help provided during the process by the team, especially considering the Covid situation. Special mention to the sales person Mr. Lanka Kulluvira who was a pleasure to deal with. He was helpful and very responsive to our queries.

Today I had a good experience with an employee,Adam who was helping with pick ups and drop offs. He's been the only person I've interacted with at this dealership who has been honest and helpful. They've been dishonest from the start when they sold me a car they later told me was no longer available. Lied about when the new car would be available, I waited almost 2 months longer than originally quoted. Today they took over 4 hours just to switch out my winter tires but we're wet honest with the time line for that etiwhr. Told me on my way to pick up the car that they no longer wash cars but then my sales slip said that I had opted to not have it done.

I always collect quotes online and Toronto Honda gave me an amazing deal that no other dealership can match. Emily is awesome, not that I'm biased because she's pretty but she's sincere with her intention to help. Honda has a reputation of not going far below MSRP but that's not always the case; try this dealership, you can keep your haggling skills to yourself - you don't need it.

There was a lot of pressure getting the car and hidden fees/surprises due at delivery.

Bad service, I bought a used Honda Pilot 2013 from Toronto Honda last week, I kept the car their for 1 week to fix some minor problems.
They just replaced some of the parts, the seats had some damages which were not fixed at all.
Please don't deal with Fan.

I got in touch with the Used Car Manager Yuri about a week ago. He gave me a great deal on a 2006 Honda Accord. I felt very trusting dealing with him that I purchased it sight unseen.

The first day I took delivery of it I noticed the AC was not blowing cold air. I contacted Yuri and he had no excuses and did not give me a run around - he immediately apologized and asked me to bring it back to service. All said and done and the car is perfect!

She was very nice and knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. She had spent a great deal with me to answer my questions and I really appreciated her honest comments and opinions. Jenny Lam, the business manager, was also very knowledgeable and helpful, finding me a better overall payment option.

I have recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I was helped by Mridul Khosla. It was a memorable expereince because of his remarkable efficiency and care.I was very impressed with his warm, caring behaviour. He was knowledgeable, understood my specific requirements. Update: Yes, I did came to shop and you guys showed me the alignment is still good and the tire wear was before the alignment. I trusted you guys and kept driving the car for the last few (2-3) months and now my front tires are even worst situation. IF I COULD I PUT NEGATIVE STARS.

The quality of the work has gone done. I used to come regularly to their shop. Around 6 months ago when I came to service my Honda CRV. I asked them to do the wheel alignment as I had installed new tires. It looks like they never did the alignment as my tire tread has worn out. I am really surprised if I can trust them anymore. My front tires are bad because of their mistake. They had similarly forgotten to rotate my tires around 2 years, but that did not cause any harm.

Happy customer here! Got our first car. Fortunately, it was our lucky day. Right there and then, application was done. We never waited so long, we got a good deal and in 2 weeks time, car was delivered right into our very own driveway, even after his work hours since we do not have time to pick up the car that day. Our sales advisor was Chris Cho. He was absolutely great to deal with. Not once did I find Chris pushy and I didn't find he tried to "upsell" us features or things we didn't need, thus I felt he tried to understand what we were looking for and made very good recommendations on what we need and really don't. That includes recos on the car and options. I appreciated that. I felt Chris was also very forthright with the pricing. As most customers do, we did our research and comparison shopped and Chris was not only able to beat the best price we found, he was able to sweeten the deal with a nice perk too. Overall, had a very pleasant experience dealing with Chris. Humble, accessible, and looked out for our interests. Great job.

This place is terrible! Once they have your money, they no longer care about you. I would give 0 stars if possible.

My mom spent a pretty penny on a Honda Fit from these people in Oct. They threw in a set of snow tires as part of the deal. When we bring the car to the mechanic to change the tires in Dec, they tell us "you have three of the same tires, and one different one." So back to Toronto Honda my mom goes, gets the correct tire (mind you, we live in North York, so this is a good 50 min drive, one way). A week later, we bring it back to the mechanic. This time they tell us they didn't give us the key to unlock the wheels. I spent a solid 24 hours trying to get in touch with someone that could help me at Toronto Honda. I was passed off to person after person. I was told "we will call you right back," only to have to wait 2 hours to finally call back myself. When I would bring up what I called about 2 hours previously, it was as if they had no recollection of who I was (despite talking to the same person 3 times). Or, I would leave voicemails that were never returned.

After I was finally able to get the tires changed, I requested to speak to the customer service manager, who was busy talking to a worker there. I waited 10 minutes for him to finish up with the person he was talking with, another staff member even made him aware I was waiting to speak with him. Didn't seem to really phase him whether I was there or not. I just left after 10 minutes, not wanting to waste anymore of my time with these people.

I was actually in the market for a new car myself, as my 2005 Civic died recently, and we are all die hard Honda fans in my family. Because of mine and my moms experience with Toronto Honda, I will NEVER allow myself or anyone else in my family to purchase anything from them ever again. I will be sure to tell anyone else I know looking for a car to avoid them at all costs. Luckily the people at Sisley Honda in Thornhill were MUCH more helpful with helping me purchase my new car.

All these guys care about at Toronto Honda is your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY WILL COMPLETELY NEGLECT YOU!!!!

Valery Harsonsky provided an excellent customer service. No wonder he has become a manager at young age. Initially when we bought the car we were not happy with the condition of the car but Val put a lot of effort to make sure we were happy with their service.

I recently visited Toronto Honda where I met Val, I told him right away that I was not buying a car today and that I was just looking. He told me not to worry and he spent about 45 minutes of his day, showing me cars explaining the finance process, and answering my many questions. Val was courteous and kind. I did not once feel pressured and walked out of the dealership with a great satisfied feeling! I definitely recommend Toronto Honda if your looking to buy a car.

It's been a week since I purchased my used 2018 CRV by looking through Autotrader.ca and I have no other things to say than it was a pleasant experience and the car ran well without any problem.

1st time seeing the car in person, the car has a long keyed mark and some scratches which weren't showed on Autotrader and the price was different (make sure you print out the price before you come in), but the rest everything was in pretty good shape.

Kumar, our salesperson was very helpful in pricing negotiation. I managed to get the interest rate lower than showed on Autotrader while the price a bit higher which is acceptable since the end I came out saving a bit of money. Kumar promised that the mark and scratches will be bumped out. I understand the situation since the car is used and quite admit that I will drive the car out with some flaws but when I went to pick up the car all marks were pretty much gone and it was cleaned nicely plus they did all the services before pickup time so that's a plus.

I will do another or edit this review on the after service and routine maintenance but now I will give 5 stars on my experience buying a used car here.

Brought in the car to have the tires swapped. I was greeted outside by someone that took my keys and also delivered them back to me following the swap. Work was fast and well done.

I have been using Toronto Honda since 2012 and I can certainly say that I have never been disappointed by their services.

Over the years I have learnt that the go-to person here is Roni. Whenever I need to have my vehicle serviced, I simply go looking for Roni. He is very quick on the uptake, gives excellent advice, has saved me tons of money over the years, and my vehicle is always ready when he says it will be.

My last two vehicles were also purchased from this location. So they must be doing something right to keep getting my repeat business. Overall I have always found that this location has a very professional team and dealing with them has always been a very pleasant experience.

I fully expect to be utilizing their services for many years provided provided I can be sure that Roni will be there to help me with getting my vehicle serviced.

I have been a customer to HONDA since 2019 and bought my first car (Honda Civic Touring) but due to unforeseen, I went back to the Honda Dealership to discuss the options for the replacement car. The customer services of Leo Zhang (Assistant Sales Manager) was commendable. I already knew the process yet I still raised my concerns and asked tons of questions, and he patiently and professionally explained everything to me. I told him my budget limit and even knowing that I had a hand on Touring, he didn t sell me the brand new Touring, he understood my need and explained to me the differences between the car features and suggested the car that would best fit my current need. He clearly understands what his customers are looking for and advises appropriately. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Reza Samavarchian (Financial Service Manager) I told him that I don t know the ABC of finance, and he explained, advised, suggested everything in detail and ensured that all of my questions and concerns related to Finance were answered appropriately so I understand what I am signing up for.
