Today I wanted to contact Topic Travel by phone to cancel the holiday trip to France as of 20-06-2020. I was on hold for over 1 hour and stopped trying. Then I sent an email to Topic Travel and received a message that the answer could take up to 8 working days. Everything is attributed to the corona states, but people have known that for over 3 months! After all, a professional organization with customer-friendliness must have taken measures to provide their customers with the desired service.

From March 17 I try to reach Topic Travel because of a group trip I booked to France on the weekend of June 5-7.

After being on hold for hours, sending multiple emails, no response whatsoever. All Tropic Travel does is send automatic emails with payment reminders or the booking will be canceled otherwise. After payment is received no personal communication whatsoever.

BIZAR BAD AND THE EXCUSION THAT IT'S PRESS BECAUSE OF CORONA IS NO MORE EXCUSE. WE ARE NOW 2.5 MONTHS FURTHER AND I STILL ARE NOT READY.

So there is really no question of customer service. This is not the usual way of communicating, but I have no other option than to draw attention to the booking I have made in this way.

At the end of March I had contact with Topic Travel concerning summer holidays and corona. We had to contact again later for a solution. Contact was no longer possible. Topic Travel seems to have disappeared from the face of the earth along with our vacation and money.

Would like to cancel the trip due to dismissal. Because I have a cancellation insurance elsewhere, a cancellation confirmation is required. 10 emails sent from April. Tried to call, hope dropped after 50 minutes. Tried via Messenger. After two days there was an answer that they could rebook and come back to it. That has yet to be done. You can of course hide behind the Corona states. But at TUI I had my cancellation confirmation for my flights within a day! I'm glad I didn't have everything at Topic Travel! Topic Travel: NEVER AGAIN!
