From March 17 I try to reach Topic Travel because of a group trip I booked to France on the weekend of June 5-7.

After being on hold for hours, sending multiple emails, no response whatsoever. All Tropic Travel does is send automatic emails with payment reminders or the booking will be canceled otherwise. After payment is received no personal communication whatsoever.

BIZAR BAD AND THE EXCUSION THAT IT'S PRESS BECAUSE OF CORONA IS NO MORE EXCUSE. WE ARE NOW 2.5 MONTHS FURTHER AND I STILL ARE NOT READY.

So there is really no question of customer service. This is not the usual way of communicating, but I have no other option than to draw attention to the booking I have made in this way.
