Would like to cancel the trip due to dismissal. Because I have a cancellation insurance elsewhere, a cancellation confirmation is required. 10 emails sent from April. Tried to call, hope dropped after 50 minutes. Tried via Messenger. After two days there was an answer that they could rebook and come back to it. That has yet to be done. You can of course hide behind the Corona states. But at TUI I had my cancellation confirmation for my flights within a day! I'm glad I didn't have everything at Topic Travel! Topic Travel: NEVER AGAIN!
