Absolutely terrible service at this location. They don't take reservations, so you go and put your name on a list and wait. We were told it would be a two and a half hour wait. It ended up being 4 hours before they called us back. Their explanation was that they're estimates only. If you don't take reservations you should at least learn how to properly manage your resources as a business. Nobody wants to wait four hours on a Saturday afternoon to hit golf balls for an hour. We will definitely never go back.

Let's start off by saying that I have never been golfing & this was my first time to a driving range.
I enjoyed the feel of atmosphere they provide, & the computerized tracking made it easy to know where the ball landed!
I am planning to go back with my wife as a date of two people who don't know how to golf

Went here for a work team outing. Great atmosphere. Nice staff. Great time even if you aren't a golfer.

Food was Great. Our server was very knowledgeable. Amazing atmosphere. My first time here and my experience was A1 GREAT!!!!

It wasn't a bad experience I actually had fun it was the customer service. I got there right at 4:55 and was charged $ 45 instead of $35. The sign and online says from 12-5 it's 35 dollars and from 5 to close its 45 dollars. Even thought it was before 5 pm I was still charged 45 and when I asked the lady whom rung me up about it she sherged her shoulders and said well when you get to the top it's going to be 5 so the price doesn't matter . I probably won't be back.

This place was an excellent experience! The only wait time we had was waiting for our bay to be disinfected. Instead of having us just stand around waiting, they actually use your phone and will text you the bay when it is ready and you can go straight to it! Once you are there, you are greeted and walked through how everything works. You have a seemingly unlimited number of balls and are provided clubs. They have trackers in the balls so when you hit them, everyone can watch on a screen and see where it went! Amazing technology. I have never been anywhere better that has amazing technology and knows how to use it well! As a tech fan, I loved this place

I really just wanted to be the first three star rating! Take several friends and the golf is worth it and fun. Food is ok. Service is slow but improving. They don't handle the busy times very efficiently, but again improving.

Awesome experience for all of us who are in town for NAAAP. we love top golf and we love KS!

First time and had an absolute blast. Much better than I expected. Well worth celebrating my 10th Wedding Anniversary here. Will definitely go back and with a larger group.

Had a good time with friends. Fun set up and the wait staff was very helpful. Splitting the bill 6 ways took a bit but worked out in the end.

Was told wait would be 30 minutes and left after waiting hour and half.

I went there for a corporate event. I had a great time. However, I wouldn't pay to be a member. From what I have heard its really expensive and I really didn't see why. Its just a glorified driving range with a bar/restaurant.

Very clean and impressive looking facility. Lots of great little perks and touches which cater to the guests. I really liked the shuttle which takes you back to your car--even if you're parked right out front! The staff is fun and up-beat... but, I am certain they're understaffed still. It is a HUGE facility and takes a lot of employees to run everything. The food is top notch!! By inviting just a few friends to share in the cost, you can have a lot of fun for a relatively small amount. Great way to get people into golf!

Avoid this place like the plague they say 3 hour wait and it turns into a 6 hour wait. It is an absolute miserable experience. They never have accurate wait times and they have no answered answerswhen the wait extends beyond the stated times..

Top Golf is fun, but was disappointed that, when we checked in, they didn't warn us that if we waited a bit we could've had a bay with shade. Word to the wise - ask about the sun.

Very fun experience even though I had no golfing experience before going here. The staff were very helpful in showing my group what to do. The food there is also very good but still a bit pricey. Overall great if you're willing to spend quite a bit of money.

I'm not a golfer, but I had a blast. Before 6, lanes are on 20/hour. Lots of fun for groups.

Low availability, but no way to check availability online since only a few bays are set aside for reservations. It seems to be the result of poor foresight on the businesses side. It would help immensely to make all bays reservable so that people don't waste a trip to have a first experience of being talked down to by the security guard. Very poor performance topgolf. I definitely won't be booking any of my corporate events here.

Fun place! Good music with libe DJ. Lotsof engaging games snd choices. Chance to meet and mingle but the food is bar food. Not sure if their menu has changed recently or not.

Love the atmosphere and all the drinks. The price for an hour is a bit high for just yourself, but this place is honestly best when you're with a group. Awesome experience with friendly staff.

I've never golfed. Not once. No interest or time or money. However, This was a great experience for my family! We all got to try something new in a very relaxed low pressure environment. We were also pleasantly surprised with the food and the service was above and beyond with multiple people stopping by to check on us. We will be back!

Attended Christmas party in the banquet room. Lots of friendly wait staff and bartenders. Golf was fun even for a non golfer like myself. Would be 5 star, but not enough restrooms for the amount of people.

I always explain Top Golf as a combination of a driving range and ski-ball. The game itself is fun and rewarding, and they did a great job balancing things out for new and experienced players. Excellent food and drinks menu as well.

Fun and comfortable atmosphere. It was chilly outside when i visited but it's no problem with the overhead heaters and heated seating.

Top Golf was a fantastic evening of fun for the entire family! If you have the chance to get Meredith H. as your server, you will be treated to some of the best customer service that can be had. She truly made the evening an unforgettable experience!

Super slow undertrained staff. Exortion(to reserve bays for a party) fee ($50) was insane, we didn't pay it. Others that did had to wait just as long as we did. Lot of mumbling in the bar area as we waited. Real thirsty at golf bays, as our server paid no attention to our drinks being out, bring my own next time IF we return. Interesting concept though. Wouldn't make it Kansas City. We expect decent service in Missouri. You all need to have better trained staff....

The game was good but the food made 2 out of 3 of us sick. Don't eat the burgers

Demand outweighing supply = long waits and high prices. Fun place but it's really expensive now just to go hit some balls.

Place looks fun, but service is a joke. Employees are rude as well. We arrived at 11am on a sunday and was told a 1 hour wait. They had over half the bays available. Then they wanted me to pay the afternoon prices because we were going to start after 12pm.

First time here with a work group. Haven't filled before and only been to a driving range over a decade ago. Top golf is great for beginners and pros alike. Good food and beverage selection and service too.

Well this is a cool place. I'd never played golf a day in my life, but it was still fun. I went with my department on an outing, and it was a good place to unwind and do some "team bonding."

Felt safe and distant from others. Nice to get out even in rain and cool weather. Stayed dry and warm.

Great environment and awesome food. They have several different game mode that any level of golfer can partake in. Only negative is the entire experience is a little pricey but it's a very well kept establishment. Highly recommend for a group of friends or a family outing.

I visited this place twice in a week for the first time.It is a very fun place, very compfortable seating. Everyone you meet is always kind. I am thinking about going for my birthday in december. Since they have heaters.

Fun times if you are with a group of people. Service is excellent and food tastes great. They don't accept reservations and generally wait times are upto 2hrs during the busiest times. However, there are lots of things to do from eating to playing while you are waiting for your golf lanes. Even if you don't have any experience with golf , it's easy to learn and fun to play.

I thought this would be a perfect rainy day activity for my two boys (both under 10). Turned up at 9.30 and was told there would be a 40 minute wait. I could see bays were empty so I asked what was going on. We only have about 30% of our bays open....can you open more?... no, we need more servers. I get that you want to sell me breakfast etc, but I wanted to have some fun with my boys and the coffee you were going to sell me is very much secondary to the experience I was hoping to have with my kids.

Stopped in for a nephew s birthday. I don t golf, so my perspective might be a bit flawed.
Little time waiting for a slot to hit from, ample clubs if you didn t bring your own. Courteous /friendly /attentive staff.
Pricing a bit more than I would have guessed, but against I m not a golfer.
Yes I d probably go back next time I m in town if my nephew wanted to.

This was my first visit. Staff is friendly and attentive. It's great for practice (you can bring your own clubs) and if you have no clue how to play (like me).

Amazing place to spend time with family and friends. Nice food. Nice service. We went there on Sat and waited for 1:30hrs for our turn but it was worth. We all had fun time playing golf and other fun games.

So much fun! We paid for 1.5 hours and it was up in no time. We extended our stay and played for 3 hours. This is great for families or a night out with friends. I can't wait to go back!
