Great atmosphere the people are extremely friendly and the food is amazing.

It was the most fun driving range!
I ate a knob while drinking and monitored the trajectory of the ball without leaving the game style (score). In addition, we cope well in cold winter. The ceiling and the sofa are equipped with heaters, and even though the outside temperature is 1 degree, it is a wonderful environment with short sleeves. I want to come again!

Would highly recommend doing a private event. Comes with excellent food and service.

Bachelor party.... Fun was had by all. They need to stock up on the craft beer.

Always a great time! Don't be afraid to go when it's chilly out, they have heat systems that you can control to get the temp just right while you play. The staff is all very professional and polite. Chall especially did a great job of making sure we got what we needed and that we were happy with everything.

Fun place to work on my golf swing,great atmosphere, good food.

I had a glass break under the heaters outside right in front of me.
Had a group of people threaten me with a gun and I was kicked out. Nothing was done about the WHITE males that verbally assaulted my group of six. Only got our memberships wavered and still had to pay 130 dollar bill. Will never be back and will make sure everyone knows that part of Kansas is not African American friendly. You shouldn't even have to think about something like that.

I left my credit car at home on accident, so I had to pay with cash. BIG MISTAKE. My waiter actually had the nerve to tell me "don't stuff me". Other then that pos it was great!

Myself and a group of friends drove up from NWA for the weekend and visited Top Golf both days. Our experience started off very well, service was good and our wait time wasn t too bad. However, the second day did not go so well. We entered the restaurant area and sat down after finishing our game, and proceeded to wait over 30 minutes before the waitress named Jane who had walked by us numerous times while she put silverware and plates on tables (they were not busy) finally came and asked us if someone had helped us. We said no and mentioned we had been sitting there quite a while, to which she said that s impossible because someone else just left that table, she argued about it until we just dropped it and ordered our drinks, she didn t return for another almost 30 minutes to take our food orders. I would have been more understanding if it had been busy but it wasn t, at one point my buddy just decided to go order our drinks from the bar but gave up on that as the bartender was too busy apparently cleaning glasses. When we mentioned the situation to another waitress her response seemed to indicate this was not odd behavior for that particular waitress.

Came in and had the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I got the pleasure to meet Lauren blonde hair and tattoos, one of your hospitality managers quite frankly I m not sure how she got the position considering her nasty attitude. My family and friends will never be returning to this location after that. Completely unprofessional. I ve never had someone in that profession speak to me like that and to sit around speaking about other employees negatively loud enough for customers to hear? Keep that drama at home!

Was told I had a 2 1/2 hr wait... My waitress from the start was already rude.... I mean extremely rude.... 4 hrs later after its cleared out and after food and drinks the waitress was like omg u still haven't been texted for your area to golf... Ummmmmm clearly no cause I'm still at this table.... She goes to get her manager who gives my party a free hr at 11pm and says he's going to send someone to give my party free drinks too... But guess what.... Not one free drink after the party I was with spent over $200..... SMH.... My first time.... I will never ever go back...worst service ever...as a manager, you should see your word through especially if it's your mess up......

Golf is the only good thing about this place. The waiter, Chris does not care about his tables at all. He runs off after talking to only one guest in the party and is nigh on impossible to flag down. He also needs to be asked multiple times for the same thing, water, napkins, beer, etc.

The food is good but the drinks are not well made. My Old Fashioned definitely had well more than a splash or two of bitters. I couldn't find Chris to get a different drink though. He really had mastered the art of dropping off one item then sprinting away despite people at the table calling his name.

The driving range itself is cool though. There are fans for the summer and heaters for the winter. The bays are set up a lot like a bowling alley with a computer terminal for each one. There are different games you an play and clubs there you an use.

System issues and a reservation that still had us waiting

I went today for the first time and had a blast. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, they take the time to explain everything to newbies. They have multiple game modes and is appropriate for all ages.

This place was a blast I was in Gilbert, AZ but this place better. I will definitely be back!

This was an awesome family outing. Went with some friends and their kids. We had a great time. The food and drinks were good. The staff is super friendly and attentive. We spent a couple hours and had a great time. Can't wait to go back.

It is a lot of fun! Make sure you make a reservation or you will be waiting a long time to get in.

Cool place but don't recommend their party packages. They say the buffet is portioned per person, however it ran out before everyone had food and they don't replenish it.

I have had several negative experiences at this location. However I come back in town and decide to give them one last chance. This time I met bartender Jenny Wagner. I sat down and with in 20seconds she said hello and asked did I need anything. That was so shocking because the negative experiences I had dealt with were all customer service related. I had one so bad where I sat for 10 mins before a bartender spoke. What sucked is it was the middle of they day and I was the only person there. So kudos to you all for Jenny. She made a good impression on me. She was perfect.

Great food. We had lots of fun. It did not record correctly a few times, thus only four stars.

Doing the golf thing was fun, the restaurant was another story, food order came out wrong and server was a little on the rude side. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Had so much fun. Even though I'd never touched a golf club so I lost bad! Still fun and not nearly as expensive as I thought.

Horrible service. 2 hour wait time. Food was something out of a nightmare. None of the tables were wiped down in between parties. Golf was fine. Food was horrible service was horrible. I do not recommend this place at all.

Overwhelmed from the start! Stood in one line, only to find out our party needed to be in another, then, we had to go back to the first line, the back of the line. So, many employees!! We had four to instruct us, two to walk us to our bay, and they began to explain function of the screen and how to play. Two servers come and are asking us what we want to order..while we are listing to the instructions. They stood there waiting and asking any chance we looked at them. I understand the rush of having a timed bay, but come on, none of us even knew where the menu was! We entered our names and started on the game while some of us started to look and placed our drink order. Whew! Just when we were getting into the atmosphere and a rhythm one waitress was bringing our drinks, only to have missed the table and and pour them onto my friend, the table, and my phone! So, for the next ten minutes we now have her cleaning up, me, taking apart my phone and three more employees coming to the rescue. My friend wiping herself dry, only to have her shoes wet the rest of our Ladies Day Out. One employee brought me a gallon bag of rice for my phone and when our remaining time ran out we got our drink bill! This company has done a terrible job on any follow up with my case. An accident happened with my phone and they have blown me off. From the beginning, several employees could not answer, "what is your manager's name?" I took a lot of attempts on reaching someone, by phone, who would speak to me. After that, the representative did compensate our time for the clean up and commotion , but then, could not address the situation with my cell phone, he said he gave my information to another department....and this is where is stops..nothing, nada. I tried three other times to talk to someone again and I am getting nowhere.This company has failed on communication and followup. Since then, I now have a bill for a new phone and I was asked not to choose the Ladies Day Out planning. #topgolf

Was a fun experience but very expensive to drink and play there in a long drive to get there

If you are looking for the perfect place to enjoy a driving range with full food and beverage menu; Top Golf is a great place to go!

A great way to have a blast with your friends or on your own!

I really like top golf, but did not seem like the heaters were working as well as they used to last year And I wish they would redo the software on their golf computer, It's just not very intuitive to use

What's a nice place to go it was very busy they don't have enough bathrooms

Topgolf is a fun treat! It's too expensive for me to frequent, but when I go, I enjoy myself. The food is good, especially the backyard wings. The people working were nice and helpful. During my last visit, one of the bays was malfunctioning and maintenance had to take a look at it. Maintenance came in a fairly timely manner and Topgolf replaced the time we lost so we still got the full game time.

Always fun. Nice staff here, very helpful if you have issues. Food is decently priced and is actually very tasty - buffalo sliders in particular. Would recommend reserving online ahead if it s the weekend, as then you go straight to your bay vs. waiting in line. They also do a killer brunch deal if you re into going early.

Would help to answer phone. Have called multiple times and always get voice mail. Make it hard to spend money with them.

It's bowling except with golf clubs and balls. It's fun! A little pricey, but worth the experience.

Expect a wait for your golf bay during peak hours. Service was good. Then wait staff was very accommodating. Fun family outing.

I've had 2 amazing experiences with Top Golf - both on Sundays. We went one time on Saturday and had a 3 hour wait, so this probably isn't the best day to go on. I went on my birthday via the latest Sunday and had some of the best service I've ever experienced. The servers and staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

Lots of fun but pretty pricey on food and drinks. Be prepared to spend alot of money. Even to play is pricey but if you split it with a group it's not as bad.

Top Golf is a unique, futuristic group destination that is perfect for enjoying with friends! Prices are cheap if people already have player cards, as it is priced per hour, per golfing bay. The service is usually pretty decent, and there are also patio heaters at each bay for those colder days on the range! I'm not much of a golfer, but this is definitely one of my favorite places to enjoy an afternoon or night out with buddies.

This was more fun, and more well executed, than I had hoped. Great for booking a group (way better price).

We went to Topgolf for my wife s birthday on a weekend getaway to KC from Omaha. I can t possibly speak any higher about our experience. From the gentleman that greeted us when we first walked in, to the woman who was cleaning up after people left.. everyone was SO friendly! The place was clean, well-designed and had an inviting ambience. I was so nervous to swing a club in front of so many people, but to be honest, once we started I forgot anyone else was even there! The bays were heated! We had a bay with a couch. The service was impeccable and the prices weren t near as bad as I expected. Oh, the food was AMAZING!!!! We can t wait for the TG to open in Omaha!
