A blast. Tons of fun for the whole family and the food isn't bad either.

Always a great time at Top golf. A few glitches with their scoring device but we still had fun. Ate before we golfed and food was decent. Wait staff was very attentive.

Had a great time at TG Overland Park. Pretty crowded, but it's a holiday weekend. Still only waited 30 min to play. Staff was attentive even though it was busy. Good times, good beer. The chicken and waffle sliders with the jalapeno gravy is amazing!

Great family friendly environment. Love the outdoor heating.

The environment here is great! But always seems understaffed and hard to order drinks even at the bar.

This happened a while back, I was going to let it go, but then a friend told me about his experience and it was quite similar. Never in my life has this happened to me. My group and I can tell the server was giving off a vibe that she didn t care to serve us. However when she went over to her other tables, I noticed she had more enthusiasm, but we didn t give off the vibe that we didn t want to be bothered. I feel as if I was being stereotyped and experienced racial prejudice. I can see by observing that they do the same towards employees, every 1 to 20 person is non-white, just enough to not raise alarms right?!. In the end the food was good and we still had fun AND we still left her a tip, however I will not be coming back again. Sorry not sorry. It may not seem like a big deal to you or you may think I m overthinking it but I and others of my race can sense when we re are being watched or looked at in a different way AND THAT IS WHAT I FELT!

Except for 1 or 2 people in our group of 7 had never been to Topgolf. We didn't think we'd need reservations for our group on a Wednesday, but that was proven wrong as we found a very busy parking lot. Fortunately, we were accommodated right away by the friendly front desk staff. So, I encourage you to make reservations, especially if you want a street level or higher 'lane.'

Our host at our two 'lanes' was very helpful and attentive, answering questions right away, getting us setup and taking care of drink orders promptly. There was a manager of sorts that came by to check on us. But, he came by again, literally as we were PAYING, telling us that another group was waiting for our spots. Seemed rather rude to me for him to handle it that way. We felt rushed to leave, even with our receipt being signed at that moment.

The clubs were all in great condition. The games and interactive TV's, plus the replay videos, was a very cool setup. The only thing we noticed happening to all of us was random balls weren't being tracked so we'd have to hit again later because the count was off. If you're competitive at all, this is a fun place - even if you don't know how to play golf.

One other observation: if we're playing a game that involves taking turns, we noticed that the software doesn't automatically advance to the next player (like you would see when bowling and it's someone else's turn). We often would hit out of turn on someone else's name because we kept expecting this behavior.

Drinks were solid and our 'attendant' was a good dude.I'd go back. :)

My family and I really enjoy this place. There are many different golfing game options so you can still have fun even if you're not a golfer. My only complaint is that the food is so good that it keeps you from playing your game because you can't stop stuffing your face. Would highly recommend to anyone even if you aren't a golfer.

It's a pretty chill place, we had a good time, the food was better than expected, although the cheese for the pretzel bites (and the pretzels themselves) were meh; the cheese was too thin and runny, the pretzel bites baked (warmed up?) inconsistently. The injectable donut holes were okay, mostly just a one-trick pony and the chocolate is too thin and makes a huge mess EVERY TIME (I say go with all bavarian cream for your syringes.) We had the brisket tacos and they were super tiny and just okay, better than bar food, but like tiny food truck tacos that were neat instead of sloppy. Had a good time with friends, never had a boring moment to pull out my phone for photos or social media. Maybe I'm just too old, who knows? You have to buy a card or membership, be prepared for that, and we went with a platinum member, so I don't know what it's like without all that pizzazz.

I always have such a great time here! I'm not a golfer... at all. I suck when swinging the club and fortunately no body judges ;) The biggest draw for me here though, their hamburgers. Absolutely out of this world. I'll meet clients and colleagues here for lunch or have an after dinner party. A wonderful fun atmosphere that's family friendly.

The game itself is always fun. It's what you make of it and the company you bring.
Surprisingly we only had a 15 min. wait this last visit. Back in February we had over an hour wait.
Service was SO bad this past weekend. When we first got to our bay we placed an order for some food and waters for the group. It literally took us asking our waitress three different times to please bring our waters. Then we asked if one of our appetizers could be remade to do being poor quality. We never received it and had to ask for it to be removed from the ticket.

My best advice would be to eat before you come and play!

We did the 2 hour session with 6 people. After we got membership cards it was a 1hr wait on a Saturday evening so plan ahead. I though the wait was worth it.

Took family of 6 there and was disappointed this time service was slow one of three TVs at are station didn't work and table next to us had issue LETS STEP IT UP TOP GOLF

Had a great time for our first visit. Informed us on the procedure of how things work and sent us on our way. Quick caring staff and good food/drinks.
A bit pricey but for a group you won't killing your wallet to much

Had a team builder for work here and had a great time. It could get a bit expensive if you go during peak times, but bring a group of 4-6 and split the cost and it is worth it!

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! We waited so long to golf. I have never been to a TopGolf that takes that long. After you drink at the bar and eat some food your golfing area should be ready but after 2 hours of waiting and the golfing area was still not available. If you are thinking about going make an appointment.

Always fun and a good environment. The only negative I find at TopGolf is that it always feels a bit expensive to me.

Took 50 minutes to get my food order WRONG, and another 45 to remake it. Drink service was marginal. Only after repeated requests did I get a water.

This restaurant model is "a place for golf fans and non-golfers to enjoy together". The delivery is horrendous service and fast food quality at 3 star prices.

Allow me to detail: I am NOT a golfer, nor am I a fan of golf, but joined some friends for some cocktails here on a Saturday night. When you walk in you are herded into a "membership" line where it took almost four minutes of waiting and sales pitch to find out that I could just sit back and watch my friends hit balls.

My first drink was a signature Moscow Mule, and was passable, but a little overly sweet. I reverted for my second drink to a top shelf whiskey and a water back. My server "Blair" was not well-versed on the bar's liquor selection, but understandably since the other 20 people in his section were drinking domestic beers. However it took three tries to get an ice water.

My date and I decided to order an appetizer and split a burger. The app came out quickly and well-made. The burger (ordered at the same time as the app) took 50 minutes to arrive.

Unless they had to kill the cow, 50 minutes is preposterous.

It gets worse: I ordered the burger medium, it came out well-done. When I sent it back, it took another 30-35 minutes to remake it. The second burger came out even MORE burned, and the fries were cold. The THIRD burger took another 18.5 minutes (by this time I was running a stop watch), was delivered by the manager and the burger was "comp'ed".

Yes, it took 103 minutes (almost TWO HOURS) to get a $13 burger.

Yes, it took 40-50 minutes and three request to get an ice water.

If you like a video game version of golf and domestic light beer, you might enjoy this place. If you want food and a place to socialize with friends, you'd be better to drive two hours to White Castle in Columbia. You'd get better service and faster food.

A really good time. The attentive server made my sons day. We enjoyed it! Well worth the price.

Super fun. Unfortunately, they were completely out of their signature golf bag glasses. They were also not making margaritas.

always fun, always expensive. Food was probably 6.5 out of 10, but priced like it was an 8-10.

It was okay for the most part but, our service was terrible and our bay broke 2 times in the hour we were there and we couldn t play for most of the time.

Such a fun place. we are going there again tomorrow.

I love going to this place. One time we just participated in a charity eating contest and didn't even golf and it was still a blast! Billiards and other games in the basement are a treat as well. Last time we went for a birthday event and they had a local yoga class at three upstairs bar patio! This place is awesome and the food is top knotch!

Worth stopping by to try. Try to avoid the busy times

Recommended. Great place for bachelor party or kicking back with friends. Good food and drink options. Pricing changes at different times of the day I believe. Pay attention to that.

This place is awesome! I have gone there with my daughters and no matter your skill level you will have fun! Staff checks on you regularly and if you have a question or need help staff is not hard to find. Recently I was overcharged by mistake and I called and they took care of me with no problems. Well DONE!

My fiancee recieved over $100 in Top Golf gift cards for Father's Day. He and his buddies went for dinner and golf while I was out of town over the weekend. When I returned he mentioned that he recieved horrible service at the bar as they were ignored for over 15 minutes before being approached by the bartender, while she helped several other customers which arrived after them. He said that it was the beginning of a horrible customer experience.

My fiancee is a die hard golf fan and I thought that it would be a great spot to hang out sometime. Sadly he handed me the gift cards and said, " Get rid of these, I'm not going back there again".

My wife and I went here the other night and it was our first time going. We had an amazing time. The food and the drinks were great. We played some team golf game and it was a good time. We will definitely be coming back for sure.

The service around the bar seems to be worse than the service you get when you're playing golf. I would rate the food service around the bar 2 stars. I would rate the service while golfing 4 stars. My kids love playing and this location is busy. Waiting 30 minutes to an hour is common, but worth the wait in my opinion. The food is OK at best. Some items are better than others. The food is almost too fancy ... at least the breakfast is for early morning golfing.

Food and drinks were great, excellent service, but the game itself was expensive for the amount you actually get to play if you're on a set with 3. It was a great night out for us and I'll go again!

It's a bit pricey, but a lot of fun. They're got some really fun games to play while your hitting golf balls, and the food was really good.

Went with grandkids. Something about Golf we can do together and can teach to swing a club. Employable time.

I loved it. It was one of the best experience. It totally deserve a five star with food and quality of the work. I just know got home for Top golf tired of course but I love the hours I can go early in the day with my faimly or go later with a couple of my freinds at night. Also the price is reasonable it is way cheaper and fun rather going to my average golf place here. I want to personally thank the owner for his great business. I will totally be back. :)

We drove 7 hrs. From evansville Indiana for a soccer tournament. Went here and it was fantastic. Kid friendly, family fun

Classy but casual golf experience with good food and drink.

Nice driving range. It s very well priced in the morning and then gets more and more expensive as the day goes on. I d say it s not worth it after 5. The golf games are fun but they seemed to be pretty hit or miss on scoring. They have a machine that has a motion sensor that spits out balls that I m not really a fan of, it slows things down too much. The food and drink was pretty good but a little on the expensive side for bar food. If you want to play golf games with friends it s great if you want to work on your swing I d either go only in the morning or go to a more traditional driving range.

Saturday April 1, 2017.... we meet some friends here to celebrate a birthday. Neither have ever been here before and neither really knew what to expect... apparently a 2.5 hours wait on a Saturday is what you should expect but they don't take reservations.... which is odd. We managed to get a table fairly quickly where we sat and snacked on chips and guacamole (below average) , mac and cheese egg-rolls (disgusting) and hot wings (average)... we also had a $16 drink that tasted like vacation and the guys had 2 buckets of Corona.... then we ate dinner. Hubby had a cheeseburger and finished it, I had a cobbsalad that should have came with Ranch but it came with some odd dressing that turned out to be really good.... the kids wanted donut holes that came with syringes full of filling.... they loved them and it kept them entertained.... They are 14,12 and 10 so that is a job.... they do not "wait well". And we were going on 2 hours at this point. It's about to get interesting.... we have a DJ setting up! Waiting just got better!! 9PM thank you! A few songs into the DJ we finally had a bay ready.... we headed up, listened to the safety speech about not falling into the net, and started playing! Though I have never golfed before, ever.... we had a GREAT time. It was a ton of fun, no one fell into that safety net and we shared lots of laughs! I hear they are building one of these where I call home in Omaha, Ne and I am excited for that!
My advice is go with the expectation of a long wait, go with a lot of money, don't order a "Mule" it's so gross you will wish you were dead.... and have fun!

The bartenders are great!!! All I have to say is the dj is worthless!!! He won t take song suggestions. Either way, for a professional dj, I d say if one doesn t have wifi or internet access, that s a problem! Peace!

A Super bad bad service with lousy system. We came in and the rep said 15 minutes of waiting time for upper level. We waited for 30 minutes and checked with the rep again. He said it was 50 (five zero) it has been an hour and 10 minutes without a message. This place is an rip-off and C+++ service. Every time we come in they want us to make a new membership card for EACH INDIVIDUAL. It is $5 each. Their lifetime membership is a scam.

Not necessarily for practice, but great for a fun golfing experience.

Even though I suck at golf I always have a pretty good time here. Food is great, people are nice, and it's a lot of fun to hang out.
